The New girl

my first day of seawood high.

i quickly jumped out of bed by the sound of my alarm.
I checked he alarm clock beside my coffee table, and it said it was 7:05 in the morning. What?!!!

'Omg! I only have 25 more minutes to get ready for school.'

I shut my alarm off, and put my iPhone 5s to charge, while I get ready for school

I jumped into the shower and took a hot shower.
I loved how the water soothes my stomach.

5 mins later.

I quickly dried off my self, and checked my alarm clock once again. It said it was 7:11.

I went into my closet to pick out the outfit I'm gonna wear today.
I decided to wear a crop top with the word swag written on it and and a blue skinny jeans.

After I put on my clothes, I did my hair.
I flat ironed it and curled the ends.

Now I'm finished.

I unplugged my iPhone and checked the time, which said 7:30

I quickly took ran downstairs where I saw my mom cooking breakfast

Downstairs

'Morning honey' my mom said.
'Morning ' I said sitting down, where my plate of food sat
I got bacon, egg, and cheese scrambler.

Yea, yea, i know your wondering y I didn't call her mom, its because I've never had a mother figure, and I still can't forgive her for what she did when I was a newborn.

'How'd you know this is my favourite?' I said sounding confused
'Well you're dad told me' she said while turning away
'Oh, I figured' I said rolling my eyes.

After I was finished eating, I put my plate in the sink, and picked up my school bag and left, but then I turned back.
'I dont know where seawood high is'
'Ooh yea, I forgot, I was supposed to take you' she said picking up her car key.
'Wow, what a mother you are' I said giving attitude.
'What is wrong with you k'lah?' She said
'What is wrong with me? What is wrong with me? You really had the guts to ask me that, what do you think is wrong with me? Keisha?' I said
I looked and saw that her head was down.
'Yea, I figured you wouldn't answer'
'Look baby---'
'How many times do i have to tell you, don't call me baby'
'Ok, look k'lah, i'm sorry for not being in your life, its just that--'
'Its just what huh? Its just what?'
She couldnt answer.
'Arent you gonna answer me?' I sakd looking at her in frustration
'K'lah, I'm sorry for not being in your life okay? Its just that I wasnt ready to be a mother, I was so young and naive, I didnt know anything about babies and what I was doing, I was college when I met your father, it was love at first sight, I went to talk to him and next thing you know we were in bed, and we forgot to use protection. After I found out I was pregnant I got kicked out of college, and that ruined my career, now you know why I wasn't in your life, so before you think to judge somebody, check your self' she said upset
'Keisha, I'm--'
'Save it k'lah, if u dont see me as a mother figure thats fine, I understand why u don't' she said on the verge of tears

I really didnt know her story, and I shouldnt have judged  her like that, now I feel bad.

She drove out of the parking lot.

It was a 2 min. Drive

After I reached the school gate, she opened the door for me, and I came out.

'Have a great day at school, K'lah' she said with a slight smile.
'Thanks, Mom'i said smiling
I could see her smile widened.

I was walking into the school when I saw theee boys, they looked like seniors and I stopped and ask one of them.

'hi, can you guide me to the principals office to get my schedule please?' i said nicely with a smile
'*looks at me and whistles* little mama got a big ass!' he said licking his lips.
'ahh ok, guess that's a no' i said walking away and saw that one of them was staring at ass.
i was walking down the hall not focusing then i bumped into someone.
'woah!' am so sorry ---' the boy said
'its ok, i was the one not focusing' i said with a slight chuckle.
'*he laughs* right' 'your new to this school right?
'yea, i was actually wondering where the principals office is'
'oh, I'll show u then'

we reached the principal office and collected my schedule

'oh cool, we have chemistry together ' he looked at me and smiled
'cool' i returned the smile.

'umm, i didnt get your name'i said
'its Tyrone'
'i like that name' i said with a smile
'thanks uhhhhh.....'
'ooh, K'lah'
'as in kayla, or k'lah?'
'k'lah'
'aww, thats my little sisters name'
'aww cool' i said while blushing
'umm, your really cu---' he said didnt get to finish his sentence because this girl walked up

'hey baby' she said walking up and kissing him on his lips then she pulled away. I could clearly see he wasnt interested in this girl.

'who t'f is this bish?' she asked.
'i have a name you know'
'so whats your name ?'
'k'lah'
'well, i dont like that name, i like bish better, now get lost'
'what a hoe you are' i said rolling my eyes and heading to class
'see ya Tyrone' i said waving to him
