No One's pov:
It's been 2 years since jungkook recovered from his illness.Y/n have been taking care of him so preciously that jungkook's been falling in love with everyday and every second.
He was already so whipped for her but realising what a gem she was he was waiting for the perfect day to make her officially his.
Jungkook's pov:
Day after tomorrow is y/n's and mine anniversary. I cannot believe it's been three years since I discovered qt's cap and i never even imagined falling in love with the cap owner.
I have been planning on proposing since the day i got discharged from the hospital, i have been forever grateful for everyone especially y/n for finding me a donor.
I didn't ask her to marry me at that time as I didn't want her to spend all her time taking care of me rather I wanted my body to heal itself but still that woman never whined or gave up the chance of taking care of me.
Day after tomorrow is finally the day I'm gonna ask y/n to marry me. I have been spending my time recently in planning out this whole proposal and i would be lying if i said i wasnt nervous as fuck.
The anniversary day
y/n's pov:
I woke with the best mood today because it's been three years since I have met my man and my life has never been the same but much better.
I got asked a lot of questions when I donated one of my kidneys to Jungkook about whats and hows and mostly if i didn't feel the same for him after some years. But since that day I have bonded so much with him and to know the fact that we share a part of each other fills my heart with love and adoration for him to the brim.
I didn't wake up next to Jungkook so I decided to call him to know where he is but I saw a note on the nightstand.
y/n, Good morning baby, im leaving for early work today since there is a very important event tonight. Be there by 6 in the evening, i left the outfit for you on the couch. Love you loadssss Jk.
I guess he forgot about our anniversary. He didn't even wish me, I am so upset now.
Time skip
No doubt jungkook's fashion sense is so much better than mine but of what use he forgot about our anniversary huh. I am not gonna talk to him at all in the event.
I drove to the event but honestly speaking,well thinking, this doesn't look like an office event at all. Like who uses red roses all over it definitely looks like a proposal ceremony.
I would fire the decorator if they decorated my office event like this.
Looking around I spotted lexie, what the hell was she doing here? I don't remember her working in Jungkook's company.
