Chapter six

One year later

I look threw the bars of my tiny cell .
Today -whatever day it was I don't even know- it was clear sky's ad sunny . You could hear the bids chirping.

I wish I was a bird , so I could fly away from every thing .

I sigh and slump back down on my bed .

But I can't ,
I can't leave them here .
I hear the foot steps of the people above us

Stomp

I heard shouting then I heard the person slump to the floor .

" who that was ?" Farley said .

I look over at her . Farley was sitting in the corner farthest away from were our cell bars touched .

" I don't know ... But whoever it was they didn't get to leave ." I heard Emily mumble .her cell sat the farthest away from me .
A few hours later it was night fall . The sun was setting when I heard the the sound of footsteps

Grace and Emily stopped talking and retreated to the walls of their cells .

They were afraid .

Why ? Why did we have to hide , run in terror and fear .

"Kara sit down !"I heard Farley whisper harshly to me .

I ignored her and went to the front of the cell

I as watched as he stepped out of the shadows . His had short blonde hair that was buzz cut . He wore a black pants and a belt which his shirt was tucked into . He wore black army boots which you could hear every step he took . Strange tattoos marked his arms along with a few scars . His nose was crooked and a long ugly scar ran from eyebrow down his eye and to his lip . He was blind in one eye but he didn't bother to cover it up .

" Kara , dear ." He said smirking at me " looking sick as ever " he growled

His name was Keith , he was our trainer when the witch was away . He was also the one who gave me most of my scars . And he was a demon . He had nose burning stench that smelled like ash and someone who hasn't bathed in a long time .

" time for our training session girls ." He grinned looking around at us .

He reaches in his pocket an pulled out a ring of Keys on one key was on it it was the lock to our cells .

He opened mine first and put me in chains and did the rest to Farley , Grace , and Emily.

He motioned us to follow him . We went to the end the hall were our cells wore and he opened the doors .

Inside was a massive room . Knives , spears , swords , throwing knives , and other weapons I couldn't name hung on the walls . The the middle of the room was a blue mat .

A single spot light shown down on it and the rest of the room was dark .

" today we will fight ." He said rubbing his hands Toghther ." First person up , Kara " he smiled

I am going to take his ass down . I thought to myself . He's going to pay h had no clue how strong I am . How much I was holding back during our fights

I walked on the mat with my head held high.

I narrowed my eyes and looked at him for his weak spots

He lunged at me with his hands out , I jumped up and he crashed to the floor . Before He could get up I had kicked him in the stomach . I back up waiting for him to get up but he grabbed my foot and I fell to the floor. I groaned as his fist came I contact with my stomach . I pushed him off of me , as I was getting up holding my stomach trying to regain my breath he tackled me to the floor again .
