Chapter Two, New Beginnings
It was the first day back at school for Imogen and she was a little nervous as she was supposed to show the Cullens to their classes first thing, and after the other day she was a little embarrassed to say the least. Shaking her head of those thoughts, she finished off in the shower and completed her morning routine before hurrying back to her room. Feeling thankful she had set clothes aside the night before. Slipping on her underwear after using her deodorant, Imogen pulled on some back three-quarter length jeans, a grey bell-sleeved top which she tucked in, white ankle socks and some black ankle boots. Cursing when she saw she was running behind she quickly dried her hair and she threw it up into a ponytail with a few strands framing her face and plaited the ponytail into a fishtail.
"Sunshine, Ella's here!" Charlie shouted up the stairs. "Coming!" Imogen shouted, finishing her look by putting on some pink lip gloss, checking her rucksack and her gym bag to make sure she had everything. Snatching her phone she turned off the light and ran downstairs. "Hi Daddy. Hi Ella." Imogen smiled, slipping her phone into her jean pocket. "Hi sunshine." Charlie smiled, kissing the top of her head. "Here, I need to go food shopping later." He said handing over an apple. "Hey Immy." Ella smiled. "I can do it after Cheer practice, Dad. You're working late tonight." Imogen suggested. "If you're sure?" Charlie asked. Imogen nodded. "Thank you sweetheart. I hate leaving you alone while I work late, you were meant to stay with Ella tonight."
