Stay ~ (Reki x Langa)

Reki POV:

<<1 week later>>

A nurse walked into the room

"Reki? We got your test results back"

"What's wrong?"

"You've been diagnosed with a brain tumour. That night you went unconscious, you had a seizure."

"So...what does that mean?" I asked shakily

"There's a disease in your brain that we'll need to try to get rid of. I'm sorry, but it's a form of cancer"

"Oh"

The doctor continued explaining the condition. I sat in silence as my life was changing

"Can I have a moment" I asked

"Of course, you just have one more dose later and then you're done for today"

"Alright, thank you"

I stood up and walked over to the window. The sun pierced through the hills. I sighed and thought of Langa.

"Am I interrupting something?" Asked a voice

I turned around to see my boyfriend

"Langa-" I gasped while running into his arms. I sank down to the floor and burst into tears

"Hey, hey, hey" whispered Langa "you're gonna be okay"

I sobbed into his shoulder. He stroked his hands through my hair. My breathing slowed down and I grew tired. Langa helped me up onto my bed.

"What's wrong?" He asked me, clueless of what was coming next

"Basically...I have a brain tumour and-" I was cut off by Langa exploding into a pool of tears.
He looked at me through his fragile blue eyes and hugged me tightly and kissed my cheek

I held his hand and said:

"You're gonna be okay. I'm always going to be here for you and you know that"

"Yeah I know" he sniffled

"It will be hard. I know. We'll get through it"
