Katsuki has only one soft spot, and that soft spot is a walking bush with freckles .
Katsuki has been in love with his childhood best friend for longer than even he can remember. He knows he's mean to Izuku, but he just can't help it. When he sees that bright smile he can't do anything but freeze up and resort to insults. That's just who he is.
But for some reason, he can't even 'tch' in Izuku's direction. That puts Katsuki right beside his freckled crush just watching him as he studies..

Izuku looks so pretty when he does anything Katsuki can't help but watch him. Instead of studying with the extras like they normally do, Katsuki suggested they study alone. 'To get more work done' he said but deep down he knows he just wants alone time with the green haired boy.
Izuku, happy to have the opportunity, excitedly agrees.
"Kacchan did you-"
"I love you."
Izuku, who turned to ask Katsuki a question, is interrupted by the boy who was staring deep into his eyes.
Had he been looking at him this whole time...? WAIT WHAT DID HE JUST SAY?!?
"H-Huh?" Izuku stutters out.
"I...I love you, Izuku." Katsuki responds looking away with a flushed face.
When he hears sniffling, he turns back to the boy quickly. "W-Why are you crying !?" he asks worriedly.
"I've waited so long to hear that.." cries Izuku
"R-Really? Then will you-"
"But Kacchan doesn't mean it..." Izuku interrupts.
"What do you mean?! Of course I mean it!" Katsuki replies."I've loved you since we were pipsqueaks. I've loved you for so long, it hurts."
"Y-You really mean it?" Izuku says in between sobs.
"I do, Zuzu.." Katsuki says leaning in.
Izuku knows this could just be the quirk talking . He knows he shouldn't let this continue. But he can't help it. Izuku wants to be selfish even if he ends up getting hurt in the end. So he leans in.
He lets Katsuki cup his cheek. He lets him wipe away the tears. He lets Katsuki pull him in closer.
He let's himself be swept into Katsuki's kiss..
