By sixth period I had gotten 5 new bruises on my body from Terri.
She kept saying I was worthless and that I should die and get out of her life and everyone else's life.
That's when I realized it was true.
I should just go somewhere else and stop ruining everyone's life.
When I got home my mother was beating me like normal.
"Jaslyn, you are a piece of shit and I should've just had your brother instead. You make me drink and do drugs you fucking ass. You are the worst child anyone could ask for!"
When my mother said that... That's when I decided to starting cutting myself. That's when I realized that I should run away and not try and not care.
When I was cutting myself my brother walked in.
"JASLYN!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Jason screeched as I cut myself a third time don't my wrists.
"Jason pl-pl-pease go." I whispered crying as I heard footsteps coming up the stairs
"So now you're going to cut yourself because you're a worthless piece of shit Jaslyn!?" My mother said laughing at the same time
"N-n-n-no mother." I said covering my wrist when my brother ran and my mother stepping in
"Well good because I love you and I don't want you to die" she said hugging me
Mother had another weird stage right now again and I'll be getting slapped in a few minutes so I guess I should cherish this moment.
While this happened my dad came home and my mother was back to her normal self again.
When the door slammed shut she slapped me and punched me until I was unconscious.
When I woke my father was crying right beside me saying that he was sorry.
"I'm sorry Jaslyn. I love you and I wish your mother wasn't like this to you or your brother. I hope she will stop doing this."
I was still pretending that I was still unconscious until he kissed my forehead.
"W-Wh-what happened?" I asked when I really knew what happened the whole time
"Your mother again honey..." My dad said hugging me when I started crying
"THIS BITCH WILL NEVER BE MY MOTHER ANY MORE! I WONT ALLOW IT!" I said perfectly with out any stuttering at all
"She will always be your mother Jaslyn." my father said as I just stared at him
I got up and walked away I couldn't do this anymore...
