“Good Afternoon Jimin.” Namjoon embraces him warmly. “Hyung, it’s nice meeting you again.” Jimin smiled ear to ear. You stood beside him bowing to his knight. “It’s pleasant meeting you, Queen Y/N.” He bowed, you reciprocated his actions.

“The pleasure is all ours.” Namjoon had thought you were a wicked lady. Meeting you in person, he understood why Taehyung was speaking in your favour.

“Jimin, you should carry on with your talks, I’ll be back real quick.” He smiled, excusing you. Speed walking in his direction. You approach him. “It’s your child in her womb isn't it?” Flinching at your sudden appearance he gulped.

“How do you know?” Hesitatingly he asks. Frightened, the Queen found out. “So I was right, indeed. I’m sure you would want your child?” Sweat dripped down his forehead.

“Is it possible?” Grinning at him, you nod your head. “I’m the Queen of course it’s possible. By helping you I'm favouring myself. Once she's out of the way. No one would be in between me and Jimin.” His heart thumped. Rumours were true, the first Queen was ruthless when it came to Jimin. “Come on let’s get you your child.”

On the other hand Namjoon had his doubts about Nian's child.

“Jimin, I don't mean to offend you, but I feel I should inform you of this. A few months back my knight had visited your Kingdom to spend his holidays. During that period of time he met a woman, and they ended up being intimate. However, the next morning she revealed she was married and he should forget her.”

“My knight tried stopping her. It was too late. She ran away. Your second wife’s pregnancy term coincidentally seems the same as the time they met.” To say he was afraid of Jimin’s reaction was less of an aphorism. WHATTT?” Jimin yelled.

“He’s right Jimin, I came here to inform you about the same thing.” Entering the hall you confirm Namjoon's statement. “You’ll marry her and take her away forever from here.” Jimin pointed his finger at him. “King Jimin-” Namjoon silenced his knight.

“I know you love her, and that child is yours. You have complete rights on them. Anyways, I have no sort of affection towards her.” Poor man, had no say in it. It was a royal affair after all. “Hoseok you should listen to Jimin, that child is innocent.” Namjoon reminded him.

Nian was called over to them. On seeing Hoseok. The colours on her face had drained. He was angry at her. How could she hide his child from him?

“Mr Hoseok, initially my plan was to kill Nian and hand over the baby to Queen Jieun. Seeing your circumstances I’d present two choices in front of you.”

“You could have your child after birth and Jimin would kill her right away after that. Or you take her away with you and never permit her to try meeting Jimin again.”

Hoseok’s pupil dilated. “I want both of them. I promise she won’t ever speak to the King.” Jimin smirked. “Nice choice. Start packing your stuff Nian. I’m divorcing you. Your father shall be informed of your betrayal.”

You shake your head pitying her state. “It’s all your fault. If only you had loved me like you did to Y/N I wouldn’t have had to go to another man.” Hearing her words you were about to stride towards her.

Hoseok pleaded with his eyes to spare her. He fell in love with Nian on their first meeting. The grief of her being a married woman hurt him. Today when he found out her reality he was ashamed to have fallen for a woman like her. Nevertheless his heart was still soft and generous, saving her for their child. If not for the scar she left on his heart.

The same evening Namjoon left for his Kingdom. You had won over Jimin completely. “You’re mine now.” Coughing you beamed at his teary eyes. “Don’t leave me. We’ve won, I threw her successfully out of our lives.” Blood covered the side of your lips. Taking your last breath in his arms.

-A WEEK LATER-

The first’s Queen’s demise was mourned by the entire Kingdom. Among them, Jieun was the happiest one. She was shocked after knowing the child in Nian’s womb wasn’t Jimin’s. Another plan came up in her mind. She thought of killing Jimin, and taking over the Kingdom completely.

“Queen Jieun here’s your tea.” Her trusted maid handed over the cup to her. “You may leave.” Sipping on her tea she was imagining various scenarios. “Your death was written by my husband.”

A hushed whisper rang in her ears. “Did you think by poisoning me I’ll spare you out?” Appearing out from the darkness you blew on your nails. “Wanna know a secret?” Jieun was frightened. How were you alive? She had made sure to poison you. “The tea that you drank had the same poison you used on me. Happy journey to hell.”

The very next moment she had clutched onto her chest, crying for breath. Jimin laughed at her state.

“Mother, mother. Oh! Sorry my bad. Fake mother. My wife poisoned you. Now you’ll die. I no longer have to listen to your taunts. I was the real King all along, yet you made me your puppet. Once you die we won’t miss you, don't worry.”

Flicking her forehead he moved out of the room, locking the door. Hindering any yelp of help she might attempt to gain.

“So should we adopt a kid?” Sitting on the throne you ask. “I don’t need a kid, and definitely I don’t want to adopt one. He might hate the idea of being a king. The same as I did. We are better off with each other My Queen.”

He didn’t want history to repeat. Jimin would rather live with you by his side. Then adopt a child and sprew seeds of vengeance in his heart. To be a King, ain’t  easy. And an adopted one is definitely impossible.

Prior to the drama, Jimin had found the cure to your disease, he hid the update of your healthy state from his people. You knew his mother would tact into killing you. Hence, you gave her the satisfaction that you were dead. Later, executing your own plan. Eradicating her permanently out of the way.

“To kill evil you need to be evil in some cases. Peace ain’t attained just like that. Striving for your own happiness is what matters the most. Take a stand up for yourself, instead of hoping for a miracle to save you. God helps those who help themselves.”
