"Okay and that's everybody, now everyone out! Except for y/n." Reagan said. They all started leaving so you just sat the waiting in anticipation. Once everyone left Reagan turned to you. Suddenly, many thoughts came rushing over you and you started to worry what this would be about. Maybe she is still really pissed off from when you spilt coffee on her, will you get fired? This was your first day and you've made such a mess infront of your boss. "Y/n," she started. Suddenly all thoughts stopped and you listened to her holding your breath. "Can you please take my jacket away to get this stain removed with the stain removal gun. Oh, and also fetch me another coffee, I'll be in my lab when your done." You let out a sigh of relief. "Of course!" You say with a smile. Then you grab her coat and go out for her coffee.
After a while you soon realised that you had no clue where you where going but you where to far to go back to Reagan and she probably hates you anyway so probably best not to anger her. A bit further down the hall you saw someone from your office, it was that white guy. So you walked to him he probably would be able to take you where you need to go right? Before you could change your mind you had walked up to him. "Oh hi y/n" he says with a massive grin. You wave in response. "Hey, do you know where I should go to get this stain removed?" You ask him "Reagan asked me to find the stain removal gun but I have no clue where that is." So that white guy Brett took you to find it. Walking through Cognito inc. you really get to see all the weird shit that it stores. " We're here!" Brett said grabbing the gun and handing it to you. "Thank you." You say removing the massive coffee stain that you put on Reagan's lab coat. "Hey Brett after I get this coffee for Reagan I also need to get to her lab which I have no clue where it is. If your not too busy can you please take me to her office?" And Brett being the kind man he has joyously agreed.
So you got the coffee and, with Brett by your side, you hurriedly made your way to Reagan's lab. "Here's the door." Said the strangely happy man. You slowly creeped through the entrance. Then you entered a dark room. Every where you look there was tech. She many tools scattered across her room as well as bits of tech and boxes of scrap metal. "Hey, I brought you your coat and coffee!" You shouted into the dark void that was Reagan's lab. "Fuck, no need to yell!" Reagan said to you emerging from the shadows. You chuckle "heh right sorry." She takes th coffee from you taking a large sip. "Just put the coat on my chair then... I don't know, you can wonder about I guess." So you do as she says. You put down her coat then leave her lab and explore your new work place.
It's now lunch. You walk into the canteen to see someone waving at you. It was Brett, the more you get to know him the better he seems to get. "Hey guys." You say as you walk up to the table. They all greet you in return. "Come sit with us, I mean it's not like you've made any friends here and your now gonna be part of the gang." Says Gigi. So you sit, just glad that at least you don't have to sit alone. Then you start taking out what you packed yourself. Everyone on your table goes back to whatever they where talking about before and you got to eat with company so you didn't seem that alone.
Just as everyone was finishing up on lunch someone rushed into the canteen. It was Reagan. She sat down at you table and started to engulf all of her food. "Woah Reagan slow down you might kill yourself." Myc tells her. But she continues anyways. "You should stop working yourself so hard, if you continue to work and eat like that your sure to lead yourself to an early grave!" André advised her. "Suck my dick." Reagan yells flipping off the whole table. Everyone groans goes back to and ignoring her, but you, you couldn't stop looking at her. You couldn't tell what but there was something about her that you almost admired. Maybe it was her confidence or possibly her looks. "Ooh this seems interesting!" Myc says. You stop staring at Reagan and move your eyes to the mushroom. Gigi leans in in curiosity, eyes wide and phone out. You look at him confused on what could be happening. "Myc can read minds, you might wanna be careful." Glenn tells you. 'Shit' you think 'this couldn't have just fuckin' happened' You look at him intensely to say 'if you tell anyone about this your dead' "Never mind." Myc says making -almost- everyone at the table look real bummed out.
At the end of lunch everyone went back to what they where doing before and as you still had no clue what to do you continued to wonder the place. Of course it was a very interesting building but wondering aimlessly by yourself can get boring pretty quickly. After walking meaningless for a while hardly paying attention to where you where headed when suddenly you found you had walked all the was back to Reagan's lab.
