Nicole's POV
I've been living with the Earps about three month now. I've been trying to prove to Waverly I can be different. I can be what she needs if she will just have me. She went out on a date with Perry earlier. However, judging by how quite she's being I don't think it went very well. She ran upstairs to change into some warm pjs with furry snow boots. Without a word she grabbed her jacket closing the door heading to the porch swing.
I gave her about five minutes before grabbing a couple beers from the fridge and my jacket. Here goes nothing...
"Hey...you looked like you needed a drink."
I asked cautiously extending the bottle to her. She smiled weakly moving her legs so I could sit beside her. She didn't say anything for a little bit. The wind was picking up so I turned attempting to block it from her small frame. To my surprise she leaned in against me. I wrap my arms around her and I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders."You wanna know what my favorite things about you are?"
She asked taking another drink."Yeah actually I think I do."
"Not once have you ever pressured me into anything. Not to talk, not to go somewhere, not to do something I didn't want too. You...you actually listen to me when I speak to you. No matter if I'm super nervous having word vomit or if I'm geeking out. You never made me feel bad about things I enjoyed. God and you're so brave Nicole...I can't tell you how loved you have made me feel at times."
She rested her head on my shoulder taking another drink as I done the same."Waverly I only want you to be you. I just want you to be happy, safe, and cared for. I've never wanted to change anything about you or tell you what you should be. Because you're perfect. You're smart, kind, funny, and you are...so damn beautiful."
She turned to face me stroking my cheek slowly inching closer.
"You really think I'm all those things?"
She was peering into my very soul with dilated hazel eyes."I know you are. I've known from the moment I laid eyes on you. I won't hurt you...I know you're scared. It's ok to be. But I just had to say that." Taking a nervous breath I whispered. "All I've ever wanted...is right here in front of me."
I nuzzle against her nose taking in this moment resting my forehead against hers. She leans in closer and I can hear my heart pounding in my ears."Nicole...I don't know how to do this."
She spoke against my lips."Oh I think you do..."
Our kiss was slow at first. I was trying so hard not to rush it but she has shifted now straddling my lap with her fingers laced in my hair. I graze my tongue across her lips as she opens her mouth willingly. I moan without meaning too but I don't even care as I wrapped my arms around her. She's starting to whimper as she pressed down directly against my core. Even through my jeans it feels electric. I start kissing her neck as her grip tightens at the base of my neck."Mmmm...damn that feels good."
"Do you want me to stop?"
I asked tasting her faint perfume."No...I want you to take me to my room."
She pulled me back into a lip lock of desperation."Waves...are you sure? We don't have to do that if you're not ready. You just set the pace. There's no rush."
