I'm gonna say Loki, and then disagree with myself because I don't see Loki as a villain. At Least not anymore. I'm not saying Loki just because I find him hot or anything, no not at all. He's my favorite because of his story, and the perfect way Hiddleston portrayed his personality, his flaws and his pain. I wouldn't be able to do anything CLOSE to that. I also really like Loki because of his humour, style and calm appearance in even the most action-filled scenes.
