I'm bacckkkkkkkkk:] Thought 5 months was long enough so time to update, hope ya'll like it. It's shorter than normal but here. Will try to update soon, i'm going to rewatch season one to refresh my memory... God, I miss season one and Taissa&Evan acting together

Two hours had past and Violet was still cradling herself on the bathroom floor. A small puddle of had formed on the floor and her hair was slightly damp from the tears that continued to roll. Violet kept her eyes closed but she wasn't asleep, as much as she forced herself to sleep, her brain wouldn't shut up and she was left with the cruel thoughts swimming around in her head. If she could find the energy to get up, she would find something hard to cave her head in but everything was numb and there was no point.

She even contemplated getting the blade out but every time she persuaded herself to get up, she just couldn't.

It ached her that she would be like this forever, that she would always be stuck with her parents and she would never get to be happy. She'd never get to smile. Instead she'd cry every night and that would be it. Like a record on replay. Constantly replaying. Over and over.

Violet had even thought about shouting or screaming for help but there would be no point in that either, she knew that she would just be confronted by her concerned parents. They would keep her under surveillance and would never get any privacy; even though that didn't really bother her anymore. It just seemed like then everyone would then be worrying and panicking over her and she wasn't worth all that time. She wasn't worth anything.

Her eyes finally opened slowly as they adjusted to the light. It was almost painful how blurred they were. Her head was throbbing and her throat was so dry that she couldn't even cough.

In her head she could just see Tate. She could see him when he sat on her floor with her. When they shared everything until they felt like they'd forever known each other. To Violet, that felt so ancient. As if it was another lifetime ago, which it was, and it tugged at her heart because some part of her wanted that feeling again.

She couldn't put into words how she felt but she felt all over the place, she felt like she needed something- or someone- to pull her out of the ground. Violet knew that she needed to stop feeling sorry for herself all the time, that she could have bad days but she would never let anyone see it. But Tate.

"Tate." She whispered.

Her eyes scanned the area but nothing changed. He wasn't there.

"Tate. I need you," Her voice cracked, "I'm- I'm asking to- you to help me."

Her heart rate would be going fast if she could feel it but instead she was left with her loud breath and spinning head.

"I need to sort this out... You said you loved me and I want you to come here- come here and tell me... Tell me you- you still do..."

Then a knock at the door.

"Violet, you've been in there a while are you okay?" Ben's voice spoke through the wood.

Her head quickly glanced at the door, and tears started rolling again. She began to weep again, aloud.

"Violet? Is that you? I'm coming in!" Ben rushed.

The door banged several times until it swung open at an aggressive speed.

Ben saw Violet almost straight away and scooped her into his arms and she cried more into his chest as she murmured 'daddy'.

Violet didn't move in her fathers arms, she just let him carry her down the stairs and place her on the couch where her mother was sitting. Vivien stroked Violet's hair and kissed her head and she cried along with her daughter.

"Oh baby, what have we done..." She whimpered.

Ben covered her body in a blanket and she curled up into a ball on her mothers lap and Violet stopped crying as she took in everything.

For a moment, it felt like they were a real family. They were being her parents and were comforting her over what she imagined was her 'first breakup' or something cheesy like that. It felt so normal.

But it wasn't that simple. She didn't have a 'real' family. She didn't just have her 'first breakup', it happened too long ago and lastly, she wasn't normal.

"Mom, I wanna leave." She croaked.

"I know, Vi, we all do. This is all messed up, I wish I knew that this would happen at the beginning. I wish we never moved here and everything would have been better, I guess." She looked at Ben and clenched her teeth.

"It's my fault," Violet closed her eyes again, "I let him in..."

Then she let go and fell asleep. Vivien didn't even need to speak, instead she pulled her daughter into a tighter hug whilst Ben sat at the end of the couch, letting Violets toes just rest on his leg. He leaned over and firstly kissed Violet's head and then kissed his wife's.

"It will get better, Viv, I'm going to work with her. I'll get her to talk to me and find out what happening because this isn't normal."

"Don't you think I don't fucking know that?!" Viv whispered aggressively.

She then rubbed her head and reached out for Ben's hand and brought it to her lips as if it was an apology for her outburst.

"I know." Ben spoke softly, reading Vivien's mind.
