"Go ahead. Walkout, block me, ignore me. Do as you please," his firm tone rings in every corner of his living area and pierces through her ears. She continues to grab her things but he sees her jaw clench and unclenches. "Ring me when you're sure to be telling the truth."
Madison stops tying the strings of her chunky boots and he stands up to start walking. Just as she thinks he's going to stop on her post, he doesn't and instead goes towards his bedroom. He slams the door a bit too harshly.
"Stone-faced heartless insensitive weirdo!" she shouts after she finishes tying and runs to the door of Sid's house and goes back to her house.
