"Can you drop me off at my house so I can get my swimsuit and board i'll only be a minute?" I asked. "No problem" he smiled.
A couple minutes later JJ got to my house and dropped me off. I walked inside and saw my parents both sitting on the couch with there legs rapidly tapping.
"Kiara Carrera you weren't in your bed this morning! Where were you? Why was there blood on you? And why was $43,000 taken out of my bank account?!" my mom yelled. I rolled my eyes and began walking upstairs. "Kiara listen to your mother!" my dad demanded.
I turned around and stared them into their eyes. "This has gone on for way too long and I won't allow it. You go missing on an island for over a month! You come home then right away go to hang out with those stupid pouges! You leave in the middle of the night with no note! You come back covered in blood then leave after 10 minutes! You haven't been in your bed when we woke up ever since you got home! I get an email saying that $43,000 has been taken out of my band account! We are leaving in the morning! Your going to Blue Ridge Boarding School" she tried to say calmly but ended up raising her voice.
"Mom you can't do that to me! I'm not going!" I yelled. "The hell you are go upstairs and we're coming up there because you aren't leaving this house you need to pack!" my dad yelled.
I stormed upstairs and slammed my door shut followed by my parents running up the stairs. I opened my dresser and rifled threw my clothes. I put on a purple and greenish yellow bikini. I grabbed my white surfboard and went out the window.

Her outfit
*General POV*
Mike and Anna opened the door to see the window open, an open dresser and clothes all over the floor.
They ran downstairs as fast as they could.
*JJ POV*
I saw Kie climb down her window and run to the twinkie. she opened the slide door and got in. "Kie why are you in such a rus-" she cut me off by yelled "Go!Go!Go!" I started the car and started to drive off.
*General POV*
Mike and Anna pushed open the door and ran to the porch. They saw skid marks on the road and saw the twinkie in the distance. "shit" Anna mumbled out of breath.
*JJ POV*
"Kie what happened?" I questioned. "Long story just family drama. Lets just go to your house, pick up your board and go to the beach" she said.
About five minutes later we got to the beach. None of the pouges were there. "Race ya there" Kie grinned as she began sprinting into the water.
We laid down on our boards and started paddling to a giant wave. We began surfing for about a half hour. The waves died down and we sat side by side on are boards about 100 yards from shore.
*Kiara POV*
"Hey Kie?" JJ asked. "Yeah?" I said look into the ocean. "Why did you cover up your bruises from me?" he asked. I looked down and stared at my surf board.
"You went through so much pain lately I didn't wanna cause anymore.." I softly said. "Kie you can never cause me more pain" he said looking into my eyes. I blushed and smiled as I looked down.
I had a wavy strain of hair in front of my face. He carefully grabbed the strain of hair and put it behind my ear, keeping his hand cupped around my face. It was silent but good silent. Not awkward not weird but nice, we were comfortable with each other. Butterflies rushed up my stomach swirling around. I stared into his ocean blue eyes. "hi.." I said. "hey.." he responded.
Are faces slowly got closer and closer. We were only centimeters apart as our foreheads slowly got close and were soon touching. "JJ! Kiara!" I heard John B call out from the distance. JJ and I quickly moved apart at the same time. John B, Pope, Sarah and Cleo all came running in with there boards.
"Yo why are you so late?!" JJ yelled to them. "We were getting Cleo a board!" Sarah responded. Eventually they all got on there boards and paddled over to us.
"Ok Cleo so since you've never been surfing with us I think you should now one thing. I am JJ the king of surfing. Even Kie can't beat me!" he said. I laughed at him. "And why are you laughing?" he asked. "because i'm the better surfer" I laughed. He gasped asking offended.
Pope helped Cleo get her balance and soon enough she caught her first wave. We continued surfing for an hour until it started getting dark out. "I'm gonna head home, don't wanna worry my pops" Pope said. We all agreed it was time to head back.
Cleo, John B and Sarah i'll headed back to the château. "Hey JJ mind if I stay with you tonight, I don't feel like going home?" I asked as we were walking side by side. "Kiara Carrera are you asking me to have a slumber party?" he asked. "Yes. Yes I am" I giggled. "I mean since i'm just so awesome I guess you can" he smiled. "I have an idea!" I said excitedly as I grabbed him by the arm and started running.
"Kie where are we going?!" he asked trying to catch up. "It's a surprise!" I yelled. After fifteen minutes of running we finally got here. "Kie why are we at Target?" he asked. "Obviously so we can get things for our slumber party!" I exclaimed pulling him through the doors.
I got a cart and I went straight toward the clothes section. "We need sweatshirts" I said as I put two black hoodies in the cart. "JJ please can I get us face masks it will be so fun?!" I asked grinning. "ughh fine" he said. I smiled and put some black face masks in. "JJ go pick out some cookies and i'll pick out a movie. Meet back up here in a few minutes" I said as I ran down to the movie bin. I picked out Cinderella and went back to the cart. JJ was already there with chocolate chip cookies in the cart. "Come on lets check out then change into are clothes i'm getting cold" he said.
I checked out everything and we changed into are clothes. I had a black hoodie and black leggings and JJ had a black hoodie and grey sweats.
We started to walk out but then it started pouring rain. "Ughh now we half to wait here" JJ said pulling me under the roof. I took his arm and pulled him into the rain. "Kieeee im gonna be all wet now!" he complained. "Dance with me!" I laughed.
He took my arm and pulled me into the middle of the parking lot. He spun me around and around. We goofed around and talked in british accents. It was nice. He took my hand and twirled me around and dipped me. I looked into his eyes and he did the same. Are faces moved closer and closer together. My heart beat was getting fast by the second.
He slowly kissed me softly. It was the best feeling I have ever felt. It felt magical, like we've been waiting for this moment since the day are eyes first met..
