UNEXPECTED ENCOUNTER

Chapter 5

"It's not him."

Shawn frowned in confusion, but he also couldn't figure out the situation.

Zeus had already broken up with him so there's no way he would help them now. And it couldn't possibly be their father either.

This VIP ward looked very expensive. Staying here even though they still didn't do anything it will still cost a lot of money.

No one from the Thompson's family could afford it.

Who was it then?

Who was so kind to help them out for no reason?

Shawn was puzzled.

A sudden knock on the door, wake him from his deep musing. Shawn walked over, then opened the door.

A nurse was standing outside, when she saw him, she smiled. "Mr. Thompson, our President wants to talk to you about your brother's condition. Please come with me."

Shawn's eyes widened with surprise. "The President was looking for me?"

"Yes."

In the President's office.

The nurse lead her, then they stopped in front of a massive white door. She reached out, then knocked gently.

Then a nice and gentle voice called out, "Come in."

Hearing a young voice, Shawn was a little stunned. He reached out, then he opened the door.

When he walked in, he saw a pretty young man sitting in the desk. He looks like he's about 25 or 26 years old. He had a gentle and handsome appearance, he's also wearing gold eyeglasses that makes him look like a gentleman.

This was the...President??! Huh?

Shawn's eyes showed undisguised surprise and hesitation.

The president was so young.

He thought he would be around 50 or 60 years old.

"It's nice to finally meet you Mr. Thompson, please, take a seat."

When Shawn was looking at Roan with surprise, Roan was also looking at him with interest.

This was the boy, Leander had mentioned before that he slept with.

He looked young.

Regardless, he was indeed beautiful. And if Roan didn't knew he's a boy he would have mistaken him as a very beautiful girl.

Even with simple outfit, it couldn't diminish his beautiful appearance.

He looked to be in his late teens or early 20's, had an exquisite facial features and glowing fair skin.

Even after meeting a lot of beautiful people before he's still in awe with his beauty.

After looking at him for a while, Roan smiled and said. "Mr. Thompson, no need to feel nervous. We're all young people here, you can treat me as a friend..."

After hearing him, Shawn slowly relax his body. He nod his head, smiled and took a seat.

"President, I heard you wanted to tell me something about my brother's condition." Shawn asked without hesitation. "Is there any change...to his condition.."

Roan picked up the cup on the table and took a sip from his tea. "It has changed a little."

Shawn immediately became nervous.. "Wha—"
