I turn off the music as I hear someone knocking on my front door. I open the front door in shock.

Mind if I join your singing session?

Karl, what are you doing here? I reply completely shocked

I'm your new neighbor! I live next door. Karl replies with a smile on his face

Y/n: Oh, so you're starting to like North Carolina?

Karl: I guess it's pretty cool. Do you mind if you give me a house tour?

I don't think that's a good idea, Karl. You and I both know you have a girlfriend, and I'm sure she won't be happy if she knows you visit a girl's house. I reply obviously still hurt by the fact he has a girlfriend

Oh... about that... we broke up 2 days ago...

Since I have nothing planned right now, I'd say yes.
