3RD PERSON'S POV
"You can read minds???" Hye Jin asked
"Well yes, but not just that. I can also manipulate other people's minds and make them think what I want them to"
"Woah, so your powers is you're a psychic?!?!"
Powers I see. That's what humans call it. Lucy Thought
"Whatever you call it. And Yes you can trust me so tell me"
"I don't know Lucy. I don't know you"
"Fine, if telling you the only way that I can have your trust okay. Ask me anything you want to know"
"I can hear your accent, you're not really Korean aren't you?" Hye Jin asked
"Yes, I'm not. I have a British accent because it's where I stayed before moving here"
"So you're traveling?"
"Well I'm searching for someone so I guess you could say so"
"Where do you actually live, like your birth place?"
I still haven't confirm that she's the one I've been looking for so I can't tell her. Lucy thought
"I'm sorry but the only thing I can say is it's far, very far"
Hye Jin nod
"Is there anyone you know that has powers?"
"I'm actually aren't interacting with other people rather than you and your classmates" Lucy said
"Why are you looking for this person?"
"I can't really tell you but I have to find him/her before it's too late"
"Sounds like things I've seen in movies, okay I can tell you" Hye Jin exclaimed
"I've been having a dream with a Man" She added
The moment Lucy heard what Hye Jin said he became more intrigued.
"A man? When?" He asked
"I remembered seeing him when i was at a date and then that night i dreamed about it"
"What kind of dream?"
"Well, it's like he's so desperate to get me so he has been saying that he's my father and wanted to see me"
"Did he told you anything that made you feel different?" Lucy asked
"Um there was this one time, I was just walking wearing my headphones and then suddenly the music cut off, then I heard his voice"
"He told me he'll see me soon, and I felt goosebumps like he was watching me from a far" She said
Lucy was quite
"So? What do you think? About my hair and about the man?"
"After all these years, I finally found you. You have to calm down Hye Jin but it's you." Lucy sat beside her
"W-What?! I mean! H-How?!?"
"About Your hair, it's normal Hye Jin. It's a sign that your powers are getting stronger" Lucy said
"You're right, I myself can feel it but I have so many questions" They went back to the kitchen
"Wait, I'm the one you've been looking for right? Does that mean... The person saying he's my....father is telling the truth?.."
"Well..."
So m-my parents aren't really the one who I k-know? She thought
"I'm leaving you on to that, you're free to go home if you wanna ask Mr. & Mrs. Kim" Lucy said while pouring his tea and pressed the button back
"I'm going home but I still have a lot of questions. I'll ask you tomorrow"
Then Hye Jin left.
Lucy softly chuckled as he saw her drove off then suddenly he looked back at his cup of tea it vibrated.
Hye Jin arrived home. She opened the door and saw nobody. She quickly went to their restaurant and saw her parents who's quite busy
"Oh There's my beautiful daughter" Her Mom said
"Hey cupcake" Her Dad greeted then they hugged her.
"It's crowded here huh" Hye Jin said
"Yup, after all it's Sunday"
"You can go home and wait for us" Her Dad kissed her forehead and they both went back to help their workers
"Heol, What am I doing, believing what that guy said? I don't even know him" Hye Jin went back home and rested at her bed
"Confronting them isn't gonna be nice"
The next day Hye Jin went to the teachers lounge and saw that Sir Hyun Jin wasn't there.
"Hye Jin-shhi good morning. Did anybody called you?" Hye Jin turn to her left and saw Mr. Choi their history teacher.
"Aniyo"
"You know the rules right, no student is allowed to go inside the teachers lounge except if any teacher calls them"
"Mianhe, but sir wait. Where's Luc- I mean Where's Professor Hyun Jin?" The teacher looked confused
"Who? Hyun Jin?? there's no Hyun Jin here"
"What? No t-there is. The um class A1's Substitute Homeroom Teacher"
"I'm pretty sure i know everyone and that Hyun Jin isn't here" Mr. Choi said and left
What?? Is this a joke, am I dreaming?!
Hye Jin tried slapping herself but no it wasn't a dream
She went to her room and saw her classmates
She approached them and asked.
"Yah, do you guys know Sir Hyun Jin?????"
"Who?? No, I don't know"
"Never heard of that name"
"Aniyo"
That was their responses. Hye Jin looked flustered and confused
But then something clicked
"Wait a minute.. he must've used his ability to everyone.... except ME" Hye Jin quickly went outside their room.
"She's in a hurry" Ji Hoon said and shrugged
Hye Jin took her car and went to Lucy's House. But the place was abandoned
"Where the hell is he?" She said as she look around
There was something on the floor and she picked it up.
It was a weird shaped thing, colored black and has a very rough texture
"What is this???" She asked herself.
She noticed that there were huge scratches on the walls.
She felt scared and confused at the same time
Then suddenly Hye Jin felt her phone vibrate and saw a message
WEIRDO
Yah I saw u leave
earlier, our class is
starting. You should get here
Hye Jin went back to her car and drove to school.
