Aurora's POV:
"You are going to tell me what happened the other week right? Like I haven't really asked about it because I wasn't sure whether it was my place to ask or not." sighed Elle.
"I know that I have been a bit quite lately but schools just been really hard and about last week it was really nothing I mean I just got into an argument with my dad, it just pushed me over the edge a little. But honestly there is nothing to worry about, I'm fine." I said leaving some of the truth out.
"I'm glad your okay." she whispered before giving me a chaste kiss.
"Anyway, enough of the deep conversations, I don't want to miss the sunset."

As we made our way to the field, the sun started to set but not before we found a perfect spot to watch it from.
"I really love sunsets, you know." Elle said before turning to face me.
"As much as me?" I teased.
"I can't love anything or anyone more than you." she said before pulling me in for a kiss. "But honestly they are really beautiful."
"I know." I said gazing off into the distance.
Elle rested her head on my shoulder, intertwining our fingers together on the blanket.

I hadn't felt that in a long time but now I'm with her, I find it hard to not feel.
The sun soon fell asleep, shielded behind the dark figures of the trees. I had never seen it before but there was this flash of orange light right before the sunset in the distance. It was beautiful, almost as beautiful as her.
"You knowwww..." she started.
"Know what?" I asked curiously.
"I have always wanted to do it in the woods..." she said raising her eyebrow.
"Do what-" then I realised, "oh do you now?" I smirked.

Elle's POV:
Next to the field we were sat in were the woods and even though it was dark I really wanted to go in them, I mean it looks pretty cool, it would also be a nice way to finish off the date.
After Aurora packed away the picnic, I mean did she really think I was gonna help, we walked towards the woods. In all honesty, we did need to walk through them anyway to get home but who doesn't love a little detour.
About halfway through the woods Aurora grabbed my hand and practically dragged me with her, she made sure to not stray too far away from the path so that we wouldn't get lost.
"I like where this is going." I accidentally said out loud.
"Well it was you idea, so lift up that mini skirt," she husked into my ear, "slut."
