Taehyung couldn't stop staring at Jungkook while he drove them to their morning class together. His side view, the way his jaw clenches when's he's focused on making that turn with only one hand on the wheel, the way he intentionally flexes his biceps is just the sexiest thing that Taehyungs eyes have been blessed to see.

Let's also not get started on that cocky side glance smirk he'd give him either while he drove, knowing fully well Taehyung was so focused on him.

It was nearly impossible to not look at him today, especially not with him having his hair slicked back, showing his undercut underneath and that silky blue blouse shirt that had three buttons undone, showing his muscular chest.

"So, you going to take a picture or what?" Jungkook said, turning to give a quick glance at Taehyung who's startled eyes met his.

"W-What?" Taehyung stuttered out, gulping, and Jungkook just chuckles, shaking his head.

"You going to take a picture of me instead of staring at me like that? It certainly will last much longer" Jungkook gets out instead, smiling wide, and Taehyung quickly looks away from him, blushing madly, pretending to stare out the window.

Taehyung tried to say something back, but no words came out. Nothing he could say could save him. It's obvious that he was ogling him hard, and Jungkook had caught him. What could he possibly say?

No one would stare at someone else for more than 5 seconds unless they liked what they were seeing or like/loved that person.

It was not the right time or place to confess his feelings to Jungkook. So that will have to wait.

Thankfully Jungkook didn't say anything else, but what he did next surely was worse. It left him feeling even more flustered than he already was. He took his hand with his and placed it onto his thigh, lacing his fingers with his and holding it down as he continued driving.

Taehyung didn't know what to do. He was rendered speechless, not used to his best friend holding onto his hand in such an intimate way before.

Sure they have held hands before countless times, but not like this. This felt weirdly domestic. He's seen this in romance movies only, not between two best friends.

Taehyung didn't dare to complain or pull back. It felt incredible holding hands with Jungkook. He wanted this moment to last forever and ever.

His hands were slightly bigger than his, wider, while Taehyung was slimmer and longer, but their hand fit just right with one another. It's like God built their hands like this just for this reason, to hold hands.

But of course, Taehyungs happiness only ever lasts for a few minutes because as soon as Jungkook parked the car in the driveway, turning off the ignition, he immediately let go of his hand as if it stung him, his phone sending notifications in his pocket every second.

It seemed that Jungkooks mood had changed before he was relaxed and confident, but now he was nervous and sullen, and it proved when he didn't even wait for Taehyung to get out of the car, he walked fast, practically sprinting away from him, while he texted onto his phone quickly. Taehyung didn't even bother chasing after him. Instead, he took his time walking to class, too tired and disappointed to even talk. Not even bothering to wonder who he was texting and In such a hurry to see.

The closer they got to campus, the more Taehyung started to lose sight of Jungkook. Then, finally, he disappeared in the midst of students. No longer in his line of vision. Taehyung pulled his phone out from his back pocket. He tried texting Jimin to see where he was, hoping that he wasn't the one Jungkook was so eager to see.
