Hi..I'm y/n..I'm originally from Washington, but my mother is making me move to la with her so we can get closer to my sister again.

Ever since my sister moved she has been a bit busy so that's why me and my mom and I are moving so you know..we can talk more.

As I'm packing my stuff, my mom walks in.."y/n you almost done packing we have to leave in the morning at like 5:00"

(I don't know how flights work because I've never been on one, so bare with me, please!)

"Yes, mom, I'm almost done. I just have to get the rest of this, and I'll be all good," I say as my mom walks out of the room.

An hour later, I finish packing. I go downstairs and heat up something to eat and bring it up to my room and eat it.

I left out a pair of clothes for tomorrow morning. Just grey sweats and a hoodie.

I go downstairs and clean up what I had heated up.

I went upstairs and took a shower, and after I got out of the shower, I got dressed and went to lay down and go to sleep.

I hear my mom saying my name, "y/n! Get up!! We have to go!!" I get up and get dressed grabbing my suit cases.

The rest of mine and my mom's stuff are getting like shipped there, so yeah, we go through all the stuff to get in the plane.

We get on the plane and sit there.

The plane ride was about 7 hours with ink one stop, so we got off the plane and grabbed our stuff.

Me and my mom bought a house that we can bother live in cause I'm not hold enough to live on my own yet..

We get to our house and the furniture is already set up so that's good. Less work for us.

I went upstairs and picked out a room. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just in case y/s/n (your sisters name) wants to stay a night or two.

I went into my room and unpacked all my clothes, and set all of my stuff up. That took a few hours.

It's about time for bed, so I order food for me and my mom and wait for it.

While I wait, I take a shower and do my skincare routine.

There was a knock on the door, and I expected it to be my food, but no.

There was a boy.

He had golden curls.

He was also really handsome.

I didn't realize I was staring until he said something.

"Uh- hey, my mom sent me over here to see if you and your mom wanted to come over for dinner tomorrow," he says.

"O-oh yeah, of course! What time?" I ask.

"Uhmm, 7:30 or 7:45" he said

"Okay then, yeah! We'll be over tomorrow, " I smile.

He smiles back.

Wow- his smile is really pretty.

"Bye," he says, smiling while he waves walking back to his house.

"Bye," I say, smiling.

It was morning, and the bright sun was shining in my eyes. I groan.

"Why is it this bright.." I say to myself

My mom comes and knocks on my door.

"Hey honey, you awake?" She says.

"Yes, mom, I'm awake, and you can come in," I say back.

"Okay," she says as she walks in

"I made breakfast, and it's done, so if you want some, you can come down and get some," she says, smiling

"Okay, I'll be down in a minute," I say

She walks out.

I get up and go to my bathroom and brush my hair and put it in a bun.

I walk downstairs.

I eat my breakfast and I go back upstairs.

I take a shower and brush my teeth when I get out, and I go and just sit on my bed.

I was scrolling on TikTok when I found that one boy that was at my door yesterday.

I like the video and comment "Hi neighbor," and then I just scroll.

I have to go and get registered for school so I can start next week.

It was 6:45.

I had to get ready to go to dinner with my neighbor.

I got in the shower, and when I got out, I dried off and got dressed. I wore a pair of jeans and a shirt with a red flannel over it.

I blow dried my hair.

I brushed my hair out after I dried it, and I'm all done.

I'm ready

Wait, no , forgetting something.

My necklace.

I go to my jewelry box and grab the necklace I always wear.

Now I'm ready.

I grab my phone off of the charger, and I go and see if my mom is ready. Which she is.

Time skip to where they are knocking of their door

Me and my mom walk up the porch, and I knock.

Gosh, I'm so nervous.

The door opens, and I look up.

He answered it.

"Hey guys! Come in, " he says, smiling.

Me and mom walk into their house, and his mom instantly greets us.

"Omg! You guys are the new neighbors. Nice to meet you guys." She says with a big smile.

I greeted me and my mom.

"Yes, we are the new neighbors. Nice to meet you too. Oh, I'm y/n, and this is my mom y/m/n"(your mom's name), I say with a smile on my face.

"I'm maria, and this is my son Vinnie." she points over at the boy who answered the door.

"And that's Reggie, and that's my husband Nate." She says with a smile still on her face.

"Dinner is almost ready, so you guys can go and sit anywhere and get to know each other, maybe."

I go into the living room and sit down watching whatever was in the tv.

Someone comes and sits on the couch by the couch I was sitting on.

I look over. Oh, it's Vinnie. I think that's what his name is. I already forgot.

I look back over at the tv, and I hear him say something.

End if this chapter just wait until the next!!

So yeah, I really don't know what I'm doing. I'm basically writing this out of boredom, and I'm sorry if it's really bad. Yk, that would be understandable because I have an E in Ela, so yk.
But thanks to whoever reads this even tho no one will, lmao.
Oh, and I'm sorry about my grammar.
But uhmm, next chapter is gonna be Vinnies' pov!!! Yay!...okay well Have a good night/day. :))
