Prologue

It was a long hall. There was dead silence until the sound of metal boots echoed in the hall. The feet were stepping towards the room of the king and queen. There was only the voice of the metal boots when someone called out, "Big brother!" The knight looked at two young twins.

He was wearing silver armour with silver boots and a silver helmet with red, blue, and purple stripes. Hearing the twins, he took off his helmet and ran toward the twins. "Oh, I missed you a lot," he said, kneeling and hugging his twin siblings.

"We missed you too, brother" they both hug him back. The knight then stands up, and the three lead towards the king and queen's room.

"So, you again win, Valt," the girl giving Valt a cheerful smile said as Valt nodded.

"No one can beat my brother, you know, Nika," the younger boy said proudly.

"That's all. No more appreciation, that's enough," Valt said, hearing Toko's sentence.

"You deserve it, Valt. Not just we, but the whole kingdom is proud of you," said Nika.

"That's just my job, and I will do whatever to save my kingdom." Valt smiled at his siblings, and they smiled back in return.

They reached the room's door. Valt opened the door and saw his parents waiting for him. Hearing the door opening, the king and the queen turned to the door entrance and found their dearest children there. The three bowed in respect as the queen reached to Valt and hugged him.

"I am proud of you, my son." she kissed his forehead.

"I don't need to ask about the war." his father smirked at his son.

"We won," Valt said.

"Like always," his father smiled and hugged him. "And now that you have won, you must be tired from such a long journey. You must take rest." his father said.

"Sure, father." Valt bowed and left the room.

Valt Aoi, the crown prince of the Shizukesu kingdom. He always came out victorious. When he was born, astrologers said he would bring peace and immortality to their kingdom. Shizukesu kingdom is known as the kingdom of peace but is the only kingdom that suffers very much from enemies. Shizukesu kingdom is right beside the dread sea, the sea where the people who got corrupt were thrown. Most of them become demons and attack neighbouring kingdoms.

Shizukesu is at a high point of risk. It's almost uncountable how many times Shizukesu has attacked, but Shizukesu is always victorious in making their enemies weak. Valt is their biggest hope. When he was thirteen, he was crowned as the heir of the Shizukesu kingdom. He is smart and knows how to make their enemies confused. He has many responsibilities as a crown prince, but he still has time for his people.

People of Shizukesu love him because he is kind to everyone, even if it was his enemy. He doesn't like wars personally but has no choice. Every single day a week, he meets ordinary people and helps them resolve their problems.

Everyone loves him because of his personality. There are many things people also thought about him, but no one knows what Valt thinks.

As Shizukesu is situated in a dangerous place. He wants to discover the land across the seas. Every moment, curiosity kills him inside that what is across the seas.

They tried to cross the seas, but are only capable of crossing very little. It's not even one-fourth. He wishes he could see the land across the sea someday.

Valt changed his clothes and got to his parents. "Father, if you don't mind so can I go out of the palace with Toko and Nika?" he asked.

"Aren't you tired?" his father asked.
