By the time five o'clock rolled around, Quinn said goodbye to her sister and left Charlotte's Manhattan studio apartment. Charlotte quickly jumped in the shower, she didn't have much time to do it earlier since her sister had picked her up right from the airport and hung out all day. After showering, Charlotte noticed that it started to rain outside and she hoped Timothée wouldn't have too much trouble getting to her place. He hated when his hair got super wet. Charlotte picked up the dishes she shared with her sister and brought them to the sink to clean. Her apartment had no dishwasher, she didn't mind though. Growing up, her family's apartment also didn't have a dishwasher, so she was used to it. Lots of memories came from Quinn and Charlotte washing the dishes in the sink almost every night. She then quickly swiffered her wooden floor, it was pretty dusty as she hadn't been home in about a week and a half.
For the next twenty minutes, she got distracted by her favorite show that was on TV, The X Files. When Charlotte heard a buzz and realized Timothée was waiting to be let in, she realized she forgot to change out of her robe. She ran to the intercom and told him to come up but don't come in yet. She threw on some comfy pajamas and put her hair into two braids and when she went to the door, she saw Timothée smiling through the peep hole. With a big grin, she opened the door for him.
