Chapter 6 - Unforgettable Memories

We all got back on track and headed towards the dark forest. Once we got there, the place was more gloomy and darker than before. I knew we were in for something.

"Doesn't something seem a little off." Robin asked.

"Yeah. Guys keep your eyes peeled for any danger." I told everyone.

They all nodded their heads in agreement. We walked until we reached the mansion. No sign of danger yet.

"Should we go in?" Yuki asked.

"No, we don't know what we're in for." Leo said.

"Then what?" She scolded back.

"We need to be cautious." Leo informed us.

Just then we heard growling from behind us. We turned to see Hel and Eir both staring at us. Their eyes were gleaming bright red as Robin's. They seem to slowly approach us. We all got in our ready stance. I held my falchion out in front of me, it shined so brightly. Leo brought out a tome and was ready to cast a spell. Yuki and Suki turned into cats. But Robin decided to stay in human form this time. Hel and Eir ran after us at full speed. Eir ran after Robin and started fighting with him. While Hel ran after me. Leo aimed his spells at Hel, making her slow down, but she just kept dodging them and running straight for me. Yuki pounced in front of her, and started to scratch her. Suki joined in and tried ripping her skin. But Hel managed to pull away from them then bit them as hard as she could. They both stood back in fear as Hel glared at them. Then she continued coming towards me. As Hel jumped into the air trying to get onto me, Leo blasted her back with a powerful attack. She growled and turned into human form. Then she teleported a weapon in her hand. It was a large grey and purple scythe.

"You like tough play huh princess." She asked me as she swung her scythe around.

She went after me and our weapons clashed against one another. We both kept trying to attack one another, but we always dodged. As Hel came after me with a hard blow. I moved and threw my sword at Robin.

"ROBIN CATCH!" I yelled.

Robin caught the sword and sliced Eir in half. Eir disappeared into a dark mist and she didn't come back.

"Why you pesky little princess. Always think you will get your way. Well let's see how you can stand this!" Hel yelled.

She raised her hands and started summoning two people at her sides. One had dark blue hair and the other had bright blonde hair. They both looked as if they were from the dead.

"Now now. Princess, I would like you to meet my servants. Líf and Thrasir." She told me then she looked at them. "Finish her." She told them.

Lif held a sword and ran after me, while Thrasir held a tome and aimed spells at me. Leo countered Thrasir's spells. And Lif and I struck our swords.

"ENOUGH!" Yuki yelled as she slashed Lif's back.

Lif whimpered and turned quickly to block Yuki's incoming attack.

"Bet you can't catch me!" Suki said and also gave Lif a slash to his back.

Lif stumbled, but managed to keep his balance.

I jumped into the air and gave Lif a final blow slashed down the middle of his head. And he began to perish.

"Great job princess!" Suki said.

Suki seemed more energetic in cat form and more reasonable in human form. I see there's a difference between the siblings. As we were done with Lif, Leo was still fighting off Thrasir.

"STOP THIS YOU WITCH!" Leo yelled as he aimed a dark spell at her.

"NEVER YOU LITTLE MAGE!" Thrasir fought back as she countered the spell.
