the rules for voting are simple :
1. there is no vote limit. 2. each group vote = 100 votes. 3. each individual vote = 50 votes. 4. you can vote for your own group/trainee.
anyone can help you vote, even those who have a trainee in the competition as well. you can tag people too right here.

WHAT GETS THE WINNING TEAM? the winning team will get 3000 votes for each contestant in their team + the votes they accumulated in the voting divided by 5 (which is the members in the group). even the loosing group will get the amount of vote they accumulated divided by 5, so don't worry.
WHAT ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL VOTING? those votes will be given to the trainees just as if it was a normal voting. however, the trainee who gets the most votes inside a group will have a bonus of 2000 votes.
