the rules for voting are simple :
1. there is no vote limit. 2. you can vote for your own group/trainee.
anyone can help you vote, even those who have a trainee in the competition as well. you can tag people too right here.
HOW DOES IT WORK? you need to rank the sixth performances on a scale from 1 to 6, where 1 is the performance you enjoyed the most and 6 is the performance you enjoyed the least.
please DO NOT vote for the same groups in all the scale. i won't have time to sort 200+ votes so please, please, DO NOT VOTE THE SAME GROUP IN 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, 4TH, 5TH AND 6TH RANK. thank you.
this is how the points will be assigned: 1ST RANK — 6.000 votes each 2ND RANK — 4.500 votes each 3RD RANK — 3.000 votes each 4TH RANK — 1.500 votes each 5TH RANK — 500 votes each 6TH RANK — 100 votes each
WHAT ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL VOTING? those votes will be given to the trainees just as if it was a normal voting, which means 1 vote = 50 votes. however, the trainee who gets the most votes inside a group will have a bonus of 3.500 votes.
