"Quinpulup!" Chlymities shouted in her ear. "Wake up! It's too risky here!" Quinpulup began looking around. There were huge strange plants around. "What? I didn't catch that." She answered back. He gave her a wack in the face and hissed, "Follow me to safety!"
Quinpulup instantly got up and followed the little dragon. "I think we're almost safe." He whispered. Chlymities dragged Quinpulup into a shallow cave. He led her down into the very end of it, then began explaining. "We're in the dragon world, where they are at the beginning of the big war."
A dragon roar filled the cave, but there wasn't any other dragon in it except for Chlymities. "That was a fire dragon." Chlymities waited until the flapping wings of the dragon were gone. "They're very cruel. They sniff us out so fast, we don't have time to get away."
Quinpulup didn't ask what Chlymities meant or why he didn't get caught just now, but it had to be bad. "Would the dragons be more curious if they were to find me than want to eat me?" Quinpulup asked.
He responded,"Yes, they would try to figu-" "Then why don't I carry you around?" She interrupted. The little dragon nestled on Quinpulup's shoulder. "Now, where do we go?" She asked Chlymities.
"Um..." Chlymities thought. "You don't know?" Quinpulup realized. Chlymities answered,"No... Well... Maybe. First we have to find the cause of the war."
Quinpulup sat on the ground. "I'm not going anywhere until you tell me everything you know."
"Fine." Chlymities growled. "None of the dragons know, the cosmic dragons in this universe is planning an attack to wipe us out. We need to stop them, but not the way I did before. We must befriend everyone so we can bring the cosmic dragons down." he paused for a bit. "That is where you come in, you need to talk them into the alliance, they'll trust you, you don't belong on anyone's side."
"I'm in!" Quinpulup enthusiastically said, jumping up. "Let's get started!"
Smiling, Chlymities said," now we have to get to the leader of the air ldragons.
It took a little while to get to a huge mountain, with a spiraling staircase up on it. "Because you don't have wings, you have to climb up that." I gave a long hard stare at the mountain. "That would take a few days!" Quinpulup complained. "we won't get there in time!"
"Run." Chlymities told her. "and don't stop."
"Yea... Ok easy for you to say. It's hard running up a mountain."
"No, I'll make sure you won't stop." He gave Quinpulup a sly smile.
