"My biggest question is how you deal with dysphoria. As an AFAB human, it can be hard on my masc or enby days. Do you have any advice?"

I am also an AFAB human. But I have developed some ways to cope with it.
What I normally do when I'm having tons of dysphoria from my chest area.
The main thing that I will do, is put multiple (About 2) sports bras on. I have a really large chest, so It isn't completely flat, but it does make it a lot more confined.
I would not fully suggest this all the time though. This is because it can make it a lot harder to breathe. Even just one helps out a lot because I'm not always able to wear them both. Especially when sleeping.
Another thing that I would say mostly helps out when I have tons of dysphoria, is wearing more masculine or gender-neutral clothing, so like sweatshirts and very baggy shirts. This can make it so I don't have to focus on the part giving me dysphoria. This includes long pants.
I do know you can't always wear them because of how hot it can be, so if you can't wear a sweatshirt or something then I would suggest a baggy t-shirt.
When in the shower
So my mom's a big sucker on showers, and I hate them because I have to see myself.
My largest, best advice for this is to,
1. Turn off the lights, so even if you do look down, you can't see anything. (be careful with this one, it is easy to slip or run into things without the lights)
2. Turn your focus to a fixed point on the wall. This can help with not accidentally looking down at yourself. I use this a lot.
Being Missgenderd
Oh boy- I don't think I've actually found a fully-working solution for this other than coming out. (something I have not done yet) but the thing I've found to work the best has to be, when someone misgenders you or says your deadname, correct them in your head.
Ex. "oh hi! That's (Deadname) she's so cool!" but change it in your mind, and put your perfured name/pronouns in the place that they said it.
Changed to: "Oh hi! that's (Perfured name) they're so cool!"
I really hope this was helpful!
