Looking out for you- Ron X Reader

               Never in my life would I think that this day would come. My best friend and my ex boyfriend dating. It was the last of the war. Everything is calmed down and nothing is happening anymore. Harry tried to cheer me up by telling me we won. "I thought Ron and I still had something," I whisper sadly.

Hermione comes over cheerfully and giggles "we did it!"

I put of a semi-smile and i look away from her, towards the destroyed castle. I drop the smile once I'm facing away. Here he comes, the boy I dated for years and went to every Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas parties too as his lover, just to find out he has feelings for my best friend. Hermione runs to him and hugs him "We won!" she cheers.

Ron looks at me with sad eyes and hugs Hermione. Its likes Hermione forgot that Ron and I dated, I even told her when we broke up. I cried and cried and cried that night to her. I start to walk towards  the castle and Hermione watches. "(Y/n) wait!" I hear but I don't wait.

I hear footsteps come up behind me fast "what do you want" I sigh and I turn to face him. 

"(Y/N) I-I'm sorry-" Ron starts but I cut him off.

"No your not" I snap "If you were sorry, then you would break up with her. My best friend Ronald Weasley!" I start to yell "well, my ex-best friend" I say and I peek over at Hermione who is standing there shocked. "what were all those memories to you?" I whisper and I start to tear up "trash?"

Ron looks at me "(y/n) you know they were not tra-"

"Then why did you rebound so fast and to my best friend!" I scream and he just stares.

Hermione starts to walk up and talk "I completely understand how you feel (y/n) but isn't this just a little much" 

"nope, I think its not" I shrug and i look up at her.

"don't act like this, its annoying. You know I don't like when people act like this."

"Fuck you" I yell 

Harry comes over and looks at the couple "you both are disgusting" he says and wraps his arm over my shoulder. We turn around and walk back to the castle while Ron and Hermione stare.

"Don't tell Ginny we are being this close" Harry whispers and I nod "no worries at all Potter"
