I am walking to Dumbledore's office. My best friend Pavarti told me the he was looking for me. After a while i walk into his office "Ms. (L/N)" Dumbledore smiles at me and i smile back. I look around to see Fleur's little sister (Gabrielle) , Ron and Hermione. "so you might wonder, why are you here, well you are here for the second task of the Triwizard Tournament" 

 we look confused "but sir why" Hermione asks "you will see" he says. Gabrielle hugs me "do you know what's happening?" she asks in her thick French accent "no I'm sorry Gab" Im close with Fleur and Gabrielle since im Cedric's girlfriend. crouch to her level and I hug her back "we will be okay, nothing bad will happen" i reassure her "so we aren't in trouble" she asks "no honey" i hug her. I stand up and hold her hand "goodnight" Dumbledore says and waves his hand. just like that everything went black.

Cedric's POV

I cant believe it, my own girlfriend, (Y/N) (L/N), she isn't here to watch me in the 2nd task. She didn't want me to join but i did anyways. Could she still be mad about that? "Diggory" my friend cuts me out from my thoughts and motions me to get in the boat, i hope she is coming or is already there.

(Time skip)

"something or someone very desirable is at the bottom of that lake in front of us" Someone? i think and hear a canon go off and i dive in but i keep thinking, what does he mean by someone. I preform the bubble charm on myself and keep diving to the bottom. I get there and see things that look like people floating by ropes, (Y/n) i think to myself and swim to her faster. I zap the rope that's tied around her ankle. I look at harry and tap my watch with my wand and he nods to i swim back up.

Your POV

I gasp and look around as i notice i was underwater. I hear cheering and i see Ced carrying me to a ladder. i climb out and cough "Jesus" i say as i get attacked with towels and blankets "c-ced!" i say as i hug him tightly as he hugs me back "wh-what happened" i ask "the 2nd task, that's what happened" i see Hermione come up then i notice Fleur but no Gabrielle. 

I notice she looks stressed "c-ced, gab is still there" i say nervously and look at the water waiting for her little head to pop up. After a minute or two i see her and Ron, "Gab!" i smile and look at Fleur who is running and hugging her sister. Gabrielle turns to me and hugs me "i told you we were gonna be alright and i would never break a promise with you" i hug her back and hug Fleur "are you alright?" i ask "yes thank you (Y/n)" she smiles.

After a while Harry flies out of the water and crashes onto the floor "that looked like it hurt" i mumble and Ced nods. "And the winner is Cedric Diggory! For saving Ms. (L/N)!" everyone cheers and cameras flash at us, I'm so proud of him.
