Rebekah's POV 🤍

We had just arrived at the track wow it was actually better in person than in pictures. Never did I actually think I'd be at the Monaco Grand Prix and especially not as a driver's guest.
"Okay we're here you guys, so where do I park" asked Rey as he pulled up to the "Paddock Gate".
"Uh okay I'm not too sure let me text Daniel and see what he says" I got my phone and quickly texted Daniel.
"Wow I can't believe I'm actually here you guys and we get to see the drivers too!" Katerina said in aww as she was so shook
"Okay so he said to park next to his McLaren and just walk up to the gate and he'll meet us there" I told Rey and he quickly made his way toward Daniel's bright blue McLaren
We parked and then we all got down and made our way toward the gates. Then in the distance we saw Daniel standing there waiting for us with some lanyards.
"Hey you guys" he said with the big smile on his face
"Hello Danny" I said and gave him a hug and so did Katerina after me
"Okay so these are the lanyards that give you guys access to pretty much any place in the track so don't lose them you'll need them all weekend" said Daniel as he handed us the "McLaren All Access" lanyards
"Ooh nice thanks mate, but question does this include any free booze?" Rey asked as he looked at Daniel
"Ahaha of course well in some sections and others you'll have to pay" said Daniel as he laughed "Okay should we start heading to the garage?"
"Yes let's go, Daniel lead the way !" I said as I pointed to Daniel. We started to walk when I reached in my bag and realized that my lip gloss was missing omg not my lipgloss !
"Hey you guys I actually left my gloss in the car Rey give me the keys please I'm going to go get it" I said as I reached for the keys
"Want me to go with you Beks?" asked Katerina
"No it's okay I'll be quick and I'll just meet you at the garage" I said as Rey handed me the keys
"Okay but just hurry back and don't get lost"said Daniel.
"It's a big place but I think I'll be fine" I said as I rolled my eyes and laughed
I quickly started walking toward the car and once I reached it I unlocked it to get the gloss.
And there it was in the cup holder, I forgot I left it there when I applied some in the car. I started to make my way back toward the gates. Once I passed the gates I realized I never really asked Daniel where the garage was. I didn't think I could get lost but this place was huge and there were so many people walking around looking busy. Okay okay calm down Rebekah this can't be too bad let's just look for an orange trailer maybe ? I started looking around and slowly walking didn't want anyone to think I was actually lost.
"Excuse me are you lost?" I heard coming from behind me it was an English accent so definitely not someone I knew.
"Aha is it that obvious?" I asked as I turned around and to my delight I saw a cute guy
"Well I mean you are kind of looking everywhere and I don't think I've seen you here before" he said
"Well this place is pretty big who knows if you have or haven't" I said nervously
"Nope definitely haven't I think I'd remember and pretty girl like you" he said as he gave me a smile.
"Well aha thank you but okay yes I'm lost" I said as I tried to hide the fact that I was blushing.
"Ahh knew it so where are you heading maybe I could tell you where it is" he said
"I'm looking for the McLaren garage" I said as I pointed to the lanyard
"Aha if it wasn't any obvious didn't see it at first but funny I'm actually heading there myself" he said
"Oh really, well then I guess you can show me where it is" I said
We started walking and then I realized he looked a tad familiar but where had I seen this guy. And he called me pretty was it just a passive comment are was he actually into me well I think he's cute but I don't know what's happening here.
"Aha here we are, I actually have to go now and get ready but go right through those doors and you'll probably find who you're looking for" he said as he pointed to the sliding doors
"Well thank you so much... uh I didn't actually get a name sorry what was it" I asked
"Oh right well actually I didn't get yours either you are?" he asked
"Well I asked first but fine Rebekah Gonzalez nice to meet you" I said as I went for a handshake
"Well nice to meet you Rebekah" he shook my hand and said "I'm Lando Norris, maybe I'll see you again" and he gave me a smile and walked away.
Lando Norris, I knew he looked familiar.
