Rebekah's POV🤍

I felt the tap on my shoulder and turned around. To my surprise it was Lando
Rebekah: "Hey Lando nice seeing you here"
I said as he went in for a hug. I was a bit surprised but what the heck I hugged him back.
Lando: "Hey Rebekah but more like nice seeing you here I wasn't sure if you'd make it"
Rebekah: "You really think I'd miss out on a party like this? Oh no no of course I'm here"
Lando let out a little laugh and said: "Well I'm glad you made it"
He gave me a cute little smile and that's when I felt it... the butterflies.
Lando: "So what do you say we go-"
He got cut off by Daniel and Rey who came rushing our way.
Rey: "Well hey Lando didn't see you"
Lando: "Hey Rey"
Daniel: "Okay so I think it's time to take our 4th shot now"
Rey: "Woah only 4? You guys need 12 might as well knock two more off right now"
Rebekah: "Rey you do realize you have had more than us already right ?"
Rey: "And well look at me I'm perfectly fine so what do you say take the next two?"
Daniel: "Sure why not"
Rebekah: "Well if Danny does it I think I have to also"
I said as I rolled my eyes. 5 Shots already wow this was not going to be such a good night.
Rey: "Okay here are the 6 shots now everyone have one, also sorry Lando wasn't sure if you'd have one or not"
Rebekah: "Oh well that is no problem you don't need that many Rey so he'll be having one of yours"
I said as I handed one of the shots to Lando. Rey just rolled his eyes and didn't say anything.
Lando: "Well I guess I'll have one"
Well all took the shots and drank them really fast. Wow I could already feel a little dizzy. Rey and Daniel went back to doing what they were doing and Lando and I stayed there.
Lando: "So as I was saying before want to go dance?"
Rebekah: "Hmmm let me think about it aha of course yes but let me make sure Kat is good on her own"
I looked around to try and find Kat when I saw her sitting in the booth. Oh but she wasn't alone to her right was the French guy, Pierre Gasly oh was Kat having a good time.
Rebekah: "Well it looks like she's doing good should we go?"
Lando: "Let's go"
Said Lando as he took my hand and led me to the dance floor.
It felt really crowded but we had been dancing for awhile. I honestly didn't think Lando was a dancer but boy can that guy move. I started to feel a little dizzy, the shots were starting to kick in down. All the dancing must've made me way more dizzy too. Everything was kind of spinning when suddenly I felt Lando's arms wrap around my waist. I quickly pulled away and said
Rebekah: "Hey actually I'm feel a tad dizzy I should probably get some air"
Lando: "Oh uh yea yea sure come on let's go"
He took my hand and led me up some stairs. We went out to the roof where there was a beautiful view and the rooftop was beautiful.
Lando: "How are you feeling now?"
Rebekah: "Wow the view is beautiful here, but umm I'm feeling much better thanks"
Lando: "Yea almost as beautiful as you aha but I'm glad you're okay"
Rebekah: "HA good one aha real smooth there Lando"
Lando: "ahah was it not?"
He asked while giving that little smirk of his. A waiter with some wine glasses passed by and Lando took two glasses.
Lando: "Here have some of this maybe it'll calm you down, but honestly I'm not too sure how alcohol works"
Rebekah: "Oh my aha okay thanks I'll have some of that"
We both just looked at each other did a little cheers and went to take a sip. Wow this stuff was good definitely didn't help but was it good. I went to move my foot when I made a wrong step and tripped and little and got some of my wine on Lando's WHITE shirt.
Rebekah: "Oh my Lando I am so sorry I didn't mean to oh jeez"
Lando: "It's all good don't worry I'll clean it off right now"
Rebekah: "No no it's okay I'll help you, here"
I got some napkins and started to rub on the red stain oh it was not looking pretty.
Lando: "No seriously don't even worry accidents happen"
Rebekah: "No but it's a white shirt I'm so sorry really Lando"
That's when I felt his hand grab mine
Lando: "Its all good Rebekah really I'm not mad"
I looked up at Lando as he was looking straight down at me. Our eyes were holding some intense eye contact. Wow the boy actually had some really nice eyes. His face was so close to mine... it had never been this close. That's when I felt it... his lips right on mine and his hand on my neck. In complete shock I quickly pulled back.
Rebekah: "Wow"
Lando: "Omg sorry Rebekah I didn't mean to"
Rebekah: "Do you usually kiss girls you just met ?"
Lando: "No no I'm sorry I didn't mean to"
Rebekah: "Aha I'm kidding it's fine I guess I just wasn't expecting it at least not today"
Lando: "No you're right it shouldn't have happened probably because I actually want to get to know you"
Rebekah: "Oh so I'm not just a one night thing?"
Lando: "Oh most definitely not and that's why I'm sorry I kissed you"
Rebekah: "Don't apologize Lando I didn't completely hate it."
I said as I looked back at him and smiled. I mean it was unexpected but I definitely wanted him to do it and well I'm not a one night thing apparently.
Lando: "Well I'm glad you didn't. "
The rest of the night we kept hanging out and just having a good time. We didn't kiss again but that was definitely a first kiss to remember.
