*LILLIAN'S POV*

Keisha quickly spun around to meet the firey gaze of Caden Woods himself. "Oh, hi baby. This wench here was being horrible to me!" She tried to put the blame on me. My eyes widened in disbelief. Wow. Okay then.

Caden didn't even miss a beat to answer. "Cut the bullshit. We bothe know that isn't true at all. What the hell are you doing?!" His eyes were alive with anger and hatred.

"You don't believe me? She hit me!" She quickly raised her hand to her cheek rubbing it as if it was sore.

Caden rolled his eyes in annoyance. " You really are dumb. Her hands are too full to even move one and you seemed fine a minute ago, so no. You are perfectly fine, unless you're talking about your mentality." My gaped at him subtly at his blunt reply. Keisha looked around at the gathering crowd and turned red.

"Ugh!" She let out a shriek and stomped her foot like a spoiled brat, which she is, before marching down the hallways with her ridiculously high heels. Surely that's a violation of the school dress code. People parted like the red sea as she continued to stomp her sasqautch like feet. Everyone was so distracted by the queen bee leaving, so I tried to leave the scene.

"Hey, where are you going?" Caden suddenly latched onto my shoulder. My breath got caught in my throat as his intense gaze met mine. "Are you okay?" All I could do was nod like an idiot.

"T-t-thank you." I stuttered lamely. I'm so wierd. Before he could say anything else, I tore myself from his grasp and bolted down the hallway. I really don't want to be late for my next class. I hate life. I sighed out in relief as I took my seat in Government class. I hate this class. Mr. Nicks is a horrible teacher and sleeps most of the time in class. It gets irritating sometimes.

"Hello, class." Mr. Nicks walked into the classroom making a beeline to his desk. "Free period today." I refrained from rolling my eyes. The class didn't even cheer because they were already used to it. This is basically routine for us.I think the only reason poeple take this class is to socialise with their friends.

Deciding to actually do something, I pulled out my composition notebook that had blank pages with no lines. It was like a sketchbook. It was easily mistakened for a regualr notebook so no one bothered with it. I took out my navy blue pencil case and pulled out a pencil and eraser. I let myself get lost into my drawing, zoning the world out and focusing solely on my drawing. I wasn't entirely sure what I was drawing but i drew an eye, then the eyebrows, and so on. I nearly dropped my pencil when the bell rang, signalling the end of Government class. Eyes wide, I stared at my notebook in disbelief. There on the page was a drawing of Caden Woods in strangely accurate detail.

I decided to not dwell on it too much yet and packed up and dashing out of the door after everyone else. I kept my guard up as I walked down the overly crowded hallways. There were so many bodies moving in various directions. Everyone seemed to be in a rush and didn't care if they crushed someone who was in their way. It was honestly terrifying here. Especially since I'm not the tallest human being with me only standing at 5'4. Everybody seemed to tower over me. It was break right now so everyone was searching for their group of friends to hang out with for the next 45 minutes.

The library wasn't so far from my last class so I wasn't in so much of a rush. Then again, I don't want a another encounter with Keisha, so I quickened my pace and kept my head down until I reached my destination. I entered through the doors and saw no one in the library. I must be the only nerd in this entire school. My school isn't know for being the smartest. I sat down in the back in a corner where a comfy lazy boy chair sat. I actually donated this chair back in freshman year. Not even then did anyone come here. The surprise on the librarians face when I came in the first day of school. Since then whenever that door opens, she doesn't need to look up to know it was me.

I pouted once the bell rang. I was getting to the good part of my story Rain. They were in the middle of a great standoff and I was about to get to the bottom of the mystery of the curse of the ink. I sighed and put away my stuff before standing to exit my safe haven. "Bye, Miss Rosie." I waved to the Librarian. "See you later, dearie." She smiled at me warmly before turning back to her dinasour of a computer. You would not believe how many timesI had to go and fix it. It's a good thing this place is a library, there are many books on technology in here in the science department. It's okay, I'll be back here later.

 Back to reality...
