*LILLIAN'S POV*

I hate crowded places. Especially in small, limited spaces. I wouldn,t mind if the place was crowded with things and junk, but with people? No. I hate the noise levels. It's even worse here because there are immature teenage boys everywhere you look, shouting and hollering as if they were bening murdered. Then there's those few people that just sweat way too much and don't know what a shower is. Bodies were just bumping into you left and right. It gets irritating after a while. School is the worst place to be right now. Way too many epople in this puny hallway.

"Sorry." I mumbled as I practically slammed into a body.

"Well, hello to you too." A husky voice answered me. My eyes widened after I recognised it. "Did you miss me, babydoll?" Caden drawled out lazily.

"Sorry." I muttered lamely as a reply. Could you not come up with a better response? I felt like slapping myself in the face. Ignoring Caden, I moved around him to get to my next class.

"Hey, what's the rush, babydoll?" He stopped me, grabbing my wrist gently.

"I-I have c-class." I stuttered out, not meeting his gaze.

"Well, we have class together, therefore, you are going to walk with me there and you have no choice." He smirked at me.

I gaped at him slightly before quickly shutting my mouth. "Um... I'm sure I can go on my own."

"But what if I can't?" He came closer to me, just a few inches away.

My breath hitched. "Um..." I really had no answer for that. What is up with him today?

"Come on, before we're late." he casually wrapped an arm from my shoulder and started down the hallway towards the gym. Many people stopped what they were doing and stared at us passing by. I felt uncomfortable so I began moving away from him but he didn't seem to like that as he pulled me even tighter against him. My cheeks went up in flames. This is so embarrassing. Girls glared at me as we passed by them. Some even had the decency to whisper not so discreetly to eachother words I'd rater not repeat myself.

Everyone froze as we walked into the gym together. Do they really have no lives that they have to openly oggle at us? And that is when all the whispering began. I don't doubt it for a second that they are creating false accusations and ridiculously outrageous rumors that will come back to bite me in the behind later. I parted with Caden and went straight to the lockeroom for girls. Everything was silent once I entered the room as all the girls inside stopped what they were doing and stared at me. The awkward atmosphere was almost suffocating so I quickly moved in to one of the stalls and began changing.

I almost jumped in fright when I walked out of the stall when I saw Keisha standing right out side of it. "Hello, Lilly." she said my name as if burned her tongue.

"Um..." was all that I said.

"Stay away from Caden!" She suddeny burst out. Huh?

"What do you mean?"

"Oh don't act so innocent, you little sl*t. Stay away, he's mine. It's not like he'd actually keep someone like you around." She sneered at me as the rest of the girls watched the little scene.

"Someone like me?" I whispered softly, almost afraid of what her answer would be.

"Trash. An ugly, useless piece of trash that would be worth nothing and would only bring others around them down." Keisha glared down at me from her height that towered over me.

I felt the familiar sting in my eyes but I forced it away. "Maybe you should look in a mirror." I muttered before walking past her and towards the door.

"What did you just say to me?" she spoke outraged. I ignored her and the stares and walked out of the room to escape her presence. It really is draining to be near her. Mentally and physically.

There weren't much girls out on the court but maybe that was because they were all too distracted by the soap opera happening a while ago. There were a few boys already fooling around with a basketball while others chose to stand by the sidelines or sit on the bleachers. I opted to sit on the bleachers with a bit of a distance from all the others that were already there waitong for the rest of the class. Once everyone was out of the lockerooms our P.E. teacher finally blew his whistle.

"Alright, maggots!" he yelled. "Come on over here right now." Everyone quickly scrambled to listen in on the instructions he was going to give. "Free day today. As long as you are doing something relating to P.E. and not lazying around, I won't call on you." when no one moved he yelled once again. "Move it, maggots!" Everyone scrambled to their feet and dashed awayf rom him in fear of being in his wrath.

Ugh... I have nothing to do...

"Hey! Lilly! Come here!"

Or maybe I do...
