Two years after Broly

A man stood looking at the sky as another man teleports behind him

???: Yo!
???: Where have you been Kakarot?
Goku: Oh y'know... Anyways we gonna train or what Vegeta?
Vegeta: Not here... the neighbors would complain, let's use the gravity room.

After a few minutes the Saiyans get into a heated battle

Vegeta: So... what happened you and Ultra Instincts?
Goku: Nothing much... Haven't pulled it out since the Tournament.
Vegeta: HA! So you can't even tap into it at Will? How useless!
Goku: I guess so, no shortcuts in training Huh?
Vegeta: Especially because I never intend to fight side by side with you...
Goku: Fine by me... I like fighting alone
???: VEGETA!!!! GOKU!!!! CAN YOU COME OUTSIDE?

And with that they exited the gravity room to be greeted by Bulma

Goku: What's up, Bulma?
Bulma: Not quite sure yet... some mystery gang showed up at Hercule's place... and it sounds like they kidnapped Buu.
Vegeta: Kidnapping Buu? It's easy to forget, but that creature is powerful...
Goku: So we're looking at new villains?
Bulma: Don't know hard to say...
Goku: Guess we'd better go check it out?

Goku held out his hand for vegeta

Vegeta: Get going on you own!! I can fly myself
Goku: Harsh...

We go to Hercule's house where multiple men are putting a sleeping Buu into a ship...

Hercule: WHAT'RE YOU GONNA DO TO BUU?!?! I SWEAR IF YOU TAKE HIM FROM ME!!!! GIVE BUU BACK... YOU FRIENDNAPPERS!!!!

The men continued to put Buu into the ship, Hercule put his hand into a pocket and slowly pull out a gun

Hercule: No choice, this counts as self defense... EAT THI-

One of the men pulled out his own gun and shot Hercule's gun out of his hands

???: Hercule, as I just attempted to explain, we are...

He put his gun away but Goku and Vegeta both arrived

Hercule: GOKU AND VEGETA IT'S YOU!!!
Goku: what are you people up to? And what do you want with Buu? And you bad guys... Right?
???: Goku and Vegeta? The Goku and Vegeta?
Hercule: Please oh please, you gotta help Buu
Goku: I'm on it

Goku teleported to the men who where putting Buu into the ship and knocked them away but the Guy that was talking disappeared and reappeared and shot Goku with his gun, sending Goku onto the ground knocked out. Vegeta was about to make a move but the man appeared behind him

???: I'm sorry... but your taking a nap as well...

He shot Vegeta knocking him out as well...

???: Put these two onto the ship
???: Yes sir!

And with that Goku, Vegeta, and Buu where all put into the ship...

///A few minutes later///

???: Yo, Goku... HEY!!! I'm taking to you
Goku: Hmm?
???: Wake up Goku!!!
Goku: Oww... What was I doing?
???: Sleeping like a baby, our stun guns pack a punch Huh?
Vegeta: Ugh
Goku: Oh! It's you, Jaco!
Jaco: Not sure why he brought you two, when Majin Buu would've been enough...
Goku: Huh? Where are we?
Jaco: This is HQ for our super elite organization... The Galactic Potrol!!!!
