The dark shadows of the forest were now surrounded by dark trees and leaves. A spooky but horrible place to be in. The thick white smoke now made it harder to make out anything. As I touched the tree," the bark had felt smooth and rough however it smelt as if the bark was rotten like a dead corpse. It was enough to send me running. It was like the people who died here were calling out, haunting the place, trying to send some sort of message from up above. It was enough just to send me running. i approached a sign that said"enter at your own risk"with caution as i walked further through the umber brown ancient forest. i came in as the naive adolescent that i was at the time. it didn't appear entirely safe to keep walking around it.

I now slipped into the abandoned house, making myself at home on the ground; there wasn't much to keep me comfortable, but it was enough for now. There were no other abandoned houses or buildings in this area. For miles around, this was the only one. I was certain that no one had ever visited it, so i was confident that no one would ever find me. I was closing my eyes, trying to fall asleep, when i heard a creak from downstairs. now afraid to make any sort of move. There's no way they found me, they can't have. i here footsteps walking around underneath me, as the floor boards creak. my heart pounding like crazy, but when i hear the loud creak of the staircase , I'm pretty sure my heart stopped only to realise that it was Jacob. They are unable to have.

The abandoned street looked like a nightmare in the starlight night, everything was black yet nevertheless soothing, like a blanket concealing the moon. The streets were eerily empty, an average village it had been. Along the curb, automobiles sat idle beside the curb. Gathering dust, cobwebs and appearing to be a jumble of messes. It had looked like a lovely neighbourhood. It was bitterly cold,I stood looking out across the warily moonlight sky as the fog swept me off my feet, towards the abandoned village, like fingers it crawled me in closer. A chill now descended upon the village, the sky suddenly became darker, it had only taken a few minutes to walk further throughout the village, I could tell from my stuttering breath. Typical nights with teenagers out late and people returning after late shifts. That was until September of last year in Lansdown, when a strange and unexplainable event began to occur. Thing that should not have existed yet did. A hard wall of a strong scent hit me like a car going at full speed. Like a smell you just couldn't get rid of, it was that bad. Sometimes When I'm walking around in the pounding heat and humidity. All I do for the entire summer is go into abandoned homes.

It was like any other day; the sun was up, and the children were to be in school for yet another week

maybe i was sent to find love within my heart and become wrapped around his finger to the point where i could do anything to be with him, but in his moment,in that moment, it felt as if waves were crashing against my hair, and i felt so alive, yet somewhat free.

On this day , September 1st it had been a typical day till I awakened. I didn't particularly enjoy attending prestigious schools, but what can I do? All you have to do is be grateful for what you have rather than focusing on what you don't.

It was finally the weekend of the annual college sleepover , which had occurred every year around this time. Each of us had the right to bring as many friends as we wanted, as well as the right to any room we desired; first come, first served was also the rule to prevent people from fighting over rooms. When the first group of us arrived, it was around 6.p.m.  As we noticed how crowded the parking lot had become. As we entered , it had been a cold and motionless night.

As I walk down the hallway from the bus arrival platform, I'm bleary-eyed when an adult approaches by with a reddening, frightening expression and cries ID immediately , which has a mandatory Id card wrapped around my neck. I can look through scanners and turn them off.
