"Hey. Are you Ji eun?" A voice asked her as she turned around to look at unfamiliar face.
"Yes, I am." She said softly as the girl in front of her smiled.
"Young Hee gave this to me and asked me to give it to you." The girl said as she nodded.
"Thank you." She said taking the book from the girl's hand. The girl smiled at her and walked away.
She opened the book and found the notes for one of the chapters she was weak in made by her senior. The senior, Young Hee, was in junior year just like most of the other seniors she knew. In the past 2 weeks after the said final event, she found Young Hee right after her performance in the backstage and they both clicked right at that moment and eventually grew close as they talked almost everyday about almost anything. She figured out that both of them shared a common ground when it came to a lot of topics. She was happy to have found a senior as sweet as her, because most of the seniors looked like they either didn't bother or wanted attention. She was one of the very few who was genuinely nice to put it simply.
She remembered telling Young Hee about her situation in one of the subjects and she didn't hesitate to ask her if she needed help, she denied help initially, ofcourse, because tutoring took a lot of time and she knew that she might as well be taking away her senior's free time if she agreed to take her help, so she denied it but then eventually agreed when her senior offered her the option of giving her old notes. She thought that there wasn't any harm in taking help when required. She looked through the pages and tried to understand a few points as she walked towards the library and almost ran into a figure and stopped right before dashing into them.
"I'm so sorry." She whispered and her eyes looked up to meet a pair of familiar doe eyes.
"Hey." He said as he looked at her.
"Ji eun?" He asked softly and she smiled.
"Yes." She said stepping a little back and looked at him.
"How have you been?" He asked to clear the awkward tension surrounding them.
"I've been well. You?" She asked as he lifted his lips to reveal a toothy smile which resembled that of a bunny.
"Good. Thank you for asking." He said as he opened his mouth to speak something else but she heard someone scream his name and he looked at the owner of it and waved at him.
"I'll get going." He said softly as he gave a small nod.
"Yup, I'll see you around." She said as he walked away and she let the smile stay on her face as she looked at his retreating figure.
She furrowed her eyebrows feeling idiotic for some unknown reason, she found the encounter really awkward. She scolded herself in her head and reminded herself to not act like this whenever their paths cross again.

"Exams are soon approaching and I dont know sh^t." She said as she sat beside Hana, Hana looked a little restless as she looked around and her phone vibrated in her hand, she read the message and sighed.
"I have to go somewhere. I'll be back in two minutes." Hana said as she held her phone and got up.
"Alright, I'll stay here. Come back soon." She said as Hana nodded with an apologetic smile.
She sighed as she sat all by herself, the anxiety of the exams approaching soon was slowly eating her up and she didn't know how to cope up with it. She shook her head and got up. She felt the need to clear her head as the anxiety kept bubbling inside her.
She found Jin and few of her other seniors sitting in the cafeteria and she turned around before they could look at her. She felt like she will intervene their personal space if she kept walking upto them and would stick out like a thumb, looking like a sore loser.
