Cʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ 11: Hɪs ᴛʜᴏᴜɢʜᴛs

The day of the festival had arrived and you are currently packing for the trip. You're a little upset when Kaiya said she won't be able to come since she has to look after her grandparents, but nevertheless, you were excited for the trip and had informed Keiji about it which he happily agreed, wanting you to live out a little.

You can't find anything to wear, and Suna will be at your door any minute now. Suddenly, your mom called you from downstairs, informing you that Suna is already waiting for you.

You started to panic and went with a white polo and some jeans. You stared yourself in the mirror, taking a quick photo before proceeding to your trip.

Suna P.O.V

I was waiting for her at their living room. When I saw her walking down the stairs, I flashed her a smile as I saw how well her clothes complemented mine.

Could've been better if we were actually a couple.

"Sorry did you wait long?" She asked, fixing some parts of her hair. "Nah it's alright, I mean...what can I expect from a slowpoke like you" Her face suddenly turned into a frown.

"Shut up" Was the only thing she can say, knowing that I always claimed victory when it comes to teasing.

After saying goodbye to her parents, we made our way to the subway. I glanced at her and saw how excited she was for the trip, I'm guessing this was her first time going on a beach festival.

"Rin, do you think there would be colorful lights? or tasty foods? or loud music where everyone is having fun?" I could see how her eyes lit up and how she occasionally smile whenever she talks about it. I love it, and I would kill anyone who'll took away her precious smile.

"Yeah, they have all those kind of things you were talking about" I replied.

After the 3 three hours train ride, we finally arrived at the beach. I immediately spotted Hikaru together with the other members.

"Yo"

"Suna, took you guys so long" He glanced at y/n and smiled.

"L/n-san correct? It was nice to see you again" Hikaru offered her a handshake which she happily accepted.

"Fancy seeing you again, cutie" Y/n quickly clung to my arms, I can see how startled she is.

I searched for the reason behind her actions and found Shiro smirking smugly at me. I felt y/n's arms loosen and saw her nervously smiling at him, "You startled me" She admits.

"Aww, no need to be anxious around me baby. I won't hurt you" I held his waist, pulling her closer to me. 

"Cut it out, Shiro" He raised his hand up as if I'm a cop who was about to arrest him, "Alright calm down Suna" He walked away.

"Thank you" I heard her mumble, I still kept my hands on her waist while we're heading towards the hotel.

"Hi! we're the band that will perform for the festival, can we get the keys to our rooms?" The staff gave Hikaru the keys. He slowly looked back at me as if he wanna tell me something.

"Suna, only two rooms are available since the other rooms were occupied by other guests. I was thinking if you could share a room with her while I take these idiots with me" I glanced at y/n, waiting for her approval. 

"Is it okay with you? If you don't want to then-"

"No, it's fine" She responded.
