Mastermind || Quirkless Villain Deku

Rising // Part 1

Fixing my gloves, I stared down at the hero under my foot, my face scrunching up in disgust.
"Wish you'd go to the hospital. Luckily, I'm a trained doctor."
I kneeled down, taking out a long, sharp scalpel.
"I'll fix you."
I dug my scalpel into their back, muffling their screams with my extra hand as I slowly carved out the spot where, if my anatomy were correct, the heart was.
My eyes shone as I extracted the mans heart, still beating in my hand as I watched the light leave his eyes.
"Surgery complete. Thanks for your donation."
I stood up, my legs wobbling slightly as I stared at the heart for a moment, before throwing it towards the wall in front of me, hitting it with a 'splat' and dragging blood down as it sat on the ground now.

Staring at my now bloodied gloves, I tore them off with a growl.
"Disgusting."
I walked off, adjusting my mask properly. Couldn't let anybody see my face.
Especially not Kacchan..

-meanwhilst, in a hero meeting somewhere unknown-
"Mastermind. That's what they're calling him in the news. His identity is unknown, and he never shows his face. We believe he's good at anatomy, possibly a past surgeon, for each and every one of his victims have had their hearts carved out carefully. We are unsure of his whereabouts, but what we do know is that he is either quirkless or tends to never use his quirk. Nobody was seen it in action."
Detective Tsukauchi sat back down, bowing his hat towards the heroes. 
Whoever this 'Mastermind' figure was, they were endangering.. hero lives. 
"Can't be any older then 20, surely. Look at these pictures of him. He's either rather short, or still a teenager."
Three photos of him slid in front of them. It was true; comparing him to any regular adult, he was incredibly smaller.
"He also seems to only strike in secluded places; alleyways mainly."
A sigh arose from the group, realizing how difficult it would be to track down this kid. 

"What if we baited him?"
The heroes looked up at the hero who spoke; number three hero on the chart; Hawks. His wings flicked when all eyes turned to him.
"Baited? Wait- that is a good idea."
There was a murmur of agreement. They could bait him with a hero..
"I'll be bait. I reckon he'll go after me."
More eyes turned to Midnight. The female blinked, before licking her lips.
"Oh, this'll be fun~"

And with that, they planned it. Tonight, Midnight would go walking around, hopefully attracting Mastermind. Then..
They would figure out this villain.
