Asher's POV
I kept staring at the door after she left, I've never met anyone like her.
On the day of the interview I expected her to flirt with me like all the other women that entered here.
But instead she acted professional, I tried lookinginto her eyes to find any ounce of lust or admiration but all I found was respect and a little fear.
I was shock because this has never happened before and I thought maybe she's married or has a boyfriend but when she said she doesn't.
I asked her why she wasn't flirting with me like all the others.i knew she was attracted to me I just had to get it out of her.
But then I felt a huge sting on my face, did she just hit me and with a bag I sat shocked as I watched her yell angrily then she left.
I was enchanted by her courage and she was beautiful , wondered how she was in bed so I hired her just for that.
Few ours later Mrs Samuel called to inform me that Josh had arrived
"Let him in" I say while rubbing ice on my Face.
Few minutes later Josh enters without knocking....as always.
"How many times do I have to tell you about knocking"I tell him
"And how many times do I have to tell you about locking"he grinned
Josh and I have been friends since high school, we where known as the handsome heart breakers and we never slept with the same girl twice , although girls would still through themselves at us but we didn't mind though.
I rolled my eyes
"Jeez what's with the attitude and what happened to your face"he say getting comfortable on my office couch.
"One of the ladies I interviewed hit me with a bag"I say while rubbing the side of my face again
"Really....why"he says amusement clear in his voice.
"Because I told her I knew she wanted me"
"And she hit you"
"Yeah"
And right there and then he broke down laughing hysterically.
"Are you done"I say looking bored
"No one more minute "he said and he continued laughing"so you got rejected"
"I wouldn't say that, I mean it's not like I asked her out, It was just a simple statement and she didn't have to use her bag to respond "
"You should tottally hire her"
"Oh I already did"I say smiling
"Don't tell me you like her, now I really want to meet her"he says laughing"well I'd love to talk some more but I'm hungry so let's go for lunch, I made a reservation at this new Pizzeria down the road called ,highline pizza, I heard the pizzas there are amazing"
"Do you ever stop thinking about food
"
"Nope now let's get going"
............
5 minutes later we arrive.
"Welcome to highline pizza, do have a reservation"The receptionist says boredly not looking at us.
"Yeah, Miller and Kingston"Josh replies, and the lady immediatly turns pushing her breast up and started giving us seductive looks.
Typical
"Right this way sirs"she says walking before us shaking her butt.
"Here you go"she says showing us our table,we get sitted.
"Would you like anything else"she ask bending over giving us a clear view of her clivage.
"No"I reply
"Are you sure"she bites her lip
Don't these girls ever see when a guy is not interested
"Actually yh I would like something"Josh cuts in and her eyes brighten
"What, name it I'll give it to you"she says sounding so desperate
"The menu"he replies and I nearly broke down laughing at the look on her face
She throws the menus on our tables and leaves few minutes later a waitress arrives
"Hello, I'm Tiara I'll be your waitress today what would you like to order sirs" a blonde girl in a waitress dress began to speak
"I'll have a new York style pizza and a Coke"I reply looking at the menu
"And you sir"she turns to Josh and her face instantly turns red when he looks at her.
Josh smirks and says" nice ass"
The girl drops her note pad and grabs a cup of water from the table near us and throws it on him
"What the hell" Josh says getting up"are you crazy lady"
The girl just picked up her note book and asked him "what will you have sir" like nothing happened
Josh stares at her shocked then says"Do you know who I am "
"Typical Rich Playboy lines" she whispers
"What"
To avoid drama I cut in"he'll have the same"
With that she takes one last look at Josh then left
Josh sits down trying to dry his shirt and I look at him in amusement, he immediatly glares at me and asks"what"
"Looks like I'm not the only one who got rejected"
