Chapter 1 (He Smells Like Snow)

'He smells like snow'

Albedo, the chief alchemist, was going on as usual everyday, experimenting, writing, drawing, you can name it all. Unusually he was hungry and decided to go back to Mondstadt to grab something to eat. He went through the gates of Mondstadt greeting the guards.

He sat down at Good Hunter hoping he'd have some money in his pocket to pay for the food.

'Here's your order, Mr.Albedo.'

'Thank you.'

He reached his hands into his pockets hoping to find some money or even luckier, his wallet. There was no money, as unfortunate as his day is. He had failed todays planned experiment, and when he wanted to redo the experiment, he had lost his materials. The unusual flower he found and wanted to draw from afar, had got stomped on by an adventurer. He was unusually unlucky today. 

'I apologize- i actually don't have-'

'I'll pay for him!'

He looked over to see the Calvary Captain, Kaeya Alberich. 'Alright, please head over to the counter for payment.' 

'Thank you Kaeya.' They were close enough to call each other by their first names.

'It's no problem paying for a beauty like you, Albedo'

'Oh would you please stop it Kaeya-'

'haha! it's just a joke, calm down Albedo'

Albedo invited Kaeya to eat with him to repay for the food Kaeya payed for. The whole meal, it was just Kaeya flirting with Albedo and Albedo getting mad at him, not as in literally shouting at him, mad as in annoyed.

'Oh my, I had been here longer than I thought, I'll go now Albedo'

'Alright, I'll be going too. Have a great night.'

They greeted each other good night as they went back home.
