After the events of Fabricator things have gotten a bit better at school I mostly ignore my 'friends' the play is ruined thanks to the fact the costumes Fabricator made for the play disappeared because of Miraculous Ladybug, and I'm not helping them, not anymore. Alya keeps trying to make me get over it, saying how it wasn't her fault that Lila lied to her at least people like Alix, Juleka, Rose and Nathnieal apologized before trying to make me their friend again. And Mylene and Ivan have been wallowing guiltily with each other. I sigh Fu still hasn't gotten back to me about the potion. Hawkmoth hasn't used the peacock yet still not knowing what truly happened and probably worried we know his identity.

School has finished and I've got a meet up with Chat to discuss what happened but right before we were supposed to meet up I got a message from Fu saying he found the ingredient I transform and message Chat saying we have to cancel he complains but I know he doesn't mean it,... doesn't he..., I walk not transforming at all to Fu's place as I arrive I can hear him still brewing, though it seems he heard me. "ah Marinette come in I'm nearly finished I was expecting it to be done a bit earlier but every time I look away from the Forget Shroom I forget I had gotten it, but its done now." he says slowing down at the end when he finishes. He pours it into a tea cup and I drink up. That's when it all comes back, Fabricators plan, Hawkmoths identity and that Adrian is Chat Noir. I start crying while I had already fallen mostly out of love with Adrian as Marinette knowing what Fabricator knew makes it worse as not only did Adrian betray me, Chats a coward. "Marinette are you alright your crying" "I'm fine I just hate Adrian even more and now know he is Chat Noir." "what did he do" Fu says I can tell his angry at Chat, or if not that disappointed. I tell him everything making sure to complain the most as one of worst things he said to Fabricator about how Lila couldn't be Akumatized when I was right in front of him. I calm down and now that its out of my system. "Gabriel Agreste is Hawkmoth" "So your first theory was right" I nodded "thinking about it once Mayura showed up we should have opened up suspect to him" Fu respond making sure I didn't feel bad "We only recently found out about Mayura's existence, there is no need to feel at fault, but now that we know his identity we have to take action, I know you no longer trust Chat and the temporary heroes, do you think you can do it alone" I think, I don't know how long "I can do it, hopefully it'll be a stealth mission I'll also take back the hard copy of the Grimoire, then Ladybug will reveal Hawkmoth's identity on live television. The police can handle it from there." I say not caring if Hawkmoth suffers justice, just that he will be stopped. "but first I can't have Chat Noir interfere so I'll have to take his Miraculous" Fu looks sad but nods. "Luckily I haven't had Chat come over here yet I wont need to change locations, but remember to do it stealthily Ladybug fighting Chat Noir could cause a panic." This time I nod. I leave then transform asking if Chat is still available and apologising for cancelling on him, he replies and sends his location, I can do this.

When I see Chat he's messing around with the baton, I don't want to take any chances so I whisper "Lucky Charm" extra quiet knowing of his enhanced hearing. A small present falls into my hands, I see a surprise present, I've got a plan. I swing in cradling the present "sorry about that its just I had a present for you that just got here so I got delayed as I needed to wrap it." As I speak I can see him get excited "Ohh what is it" he says "well its a surprise so open it with your eyes closed, and no shaking to figure it out." He smiles "ok m'lady" he closes his eyes and as I give him the present to hold in his hands, my hand runs along his fingers and pull off his ring. When the transformation drops and reveals Adrain he opens his eyes shocked before anything can happen I run not wanting to face him because even now, I still care.

I arrive back at Fu's place ring in hand "It's done" I say simply and I sit down to begin the plan for taking back the Grimoire and Peacock Miraculous. "You should use a second Miraculous, my recommendation is the Snake which will allow you to create a time loop. Meaning as long as the Snake bracelet is not stolen you will have infinite chances to succeed" I nod and Fu stands up and opens the Gramophone taking out the Miracle Box and giving me the Snake Mirculous. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng this is the Miraculous of the Snake you will use its power to reclaim the Peacock and Grimoire, I know you will succeed" As I put the bracelet on Sass glows out, and says "Ahh ladybug, Tikki hasss sssaid many good thingsss about you, Fu has informed us of Nooroo'ssss return may I sssee him." as he finishes Nooroo floats from behind my back to see Sass. "uh-uhmm hi Sass" "Nooroo it is good to sssee you I am happy you are now free" this time its Tikki who responsds. "Yep and we need your help, Hawkmoth still has Dussu, after this we all will be reunited" as she says that she looks at Plaggs ring I realise what she wants and put on the ring bringing Plagg out. "About time Pigtails, while I understand why you could at least give me some cheese to make up for it." I sigh knowing that while Plagg doesn't show it his disappointed Chat got to the point where the ring had to be taken, as Fu brings out some cheese he had prepared in preparation of Plagg's arrival, I prepare for the final showdown between me and Hawkmoth.
