Next day. Hangover. How great.
What was even greater was reading back how she'd spammed the poor Chayenne. And how she misspelled her name a thousand times throughout it.

'Hey, I'm sorry for that spam, I shouldn't have been allowed near my phone while drunk. At least you've got a few new stories for your article? :)'
"Good enough"
The mercenary nodded, tossing her phone aside as she looked at her friend besides her, who'd fallen asleep in the same bed as her after having babysitted her the whole day so she wouldn't do stupid things. Like killing the neighbour's dog that'd been barking all day long already.
She sighed and swung her legs out of bed, walking down the stairs to the first floor of the duplex-like home, all while wearing nothing more than a pair of boxers and an oversized t-shirt that reached down to her thighs.

Breakfast...breakfast......banana!
"It'll do"
Common theme today, hm?
Only for Michaela to climb out of bed, hugging the other from behind wearing practically the same thing, except with shorts "you should eat something proper, more proper than just a banana, c'mon, let me cook for you"
And that's how the two ended up sitting at the coffee table with a plate of pancakes. More proper...sure...

"Any plans for today?"
"Infiltrating the blue side"
Coughing - because Michaela choked on her pancake.
"What now?" the brunette asked, flabbergasted by the earnest answer she'd been given. In fact, probably the stupidest answer she could've been given.
Did Siyeong go crazy? Trying something as dangerous as that?

The only side known to accept blue or red siders in their own was the green side; who took it as a sign of pride, being good enough for immigrants to flee to their side.
Blue side however only allowed it with people who called in advance and were willing to stay there and change, yearning for their promising safety and flourishing welfare.
And red side...well...they allowed about anyone, shooting whoever didn't try to fit in immediately by finding a place to live there and whatnot.
Daytrips clearly weren't appreciated.

"Have you gone crazy?"
"Wasn't I already?"
"Yes but have you gone absolutely mad? Like worse than before?"
"Perhaps, I just want to see what Chayenne finds so - charming about the place"
"Then perhaps a s k her rather than finding out for yourself"
"I like a challenge"
"I'd like you alive"
"Tsk, are you underestimating my skills? Surely I'll be able to come out of there alive"
"Are you sure? Last time I checked you almost got run over by a car when you left this place a few days ago"
"Are you really doubting my skills because of that? Tsk..."

And that was how the two spent the rest of the morning bickering about - pretty much everything.

Chayenne on the other hand, was back at the journalist office, sighing deeply at the constant bickering she'd put up with from 7:30 until 11:55, which was current time.
"Can you two shut up for a while and just work?" Caitlin asked in an annoyed manner, having tried to work on her article all day long after having spent the previous day calling with a person named Christopher from morning until evening.
"Kate, be kind" she uttered tiredly, resting her forehead on her hand before she picked up her phone with her free one.
'You up for another round of questions?' she sent to the Asian woman, sooner getting another response back:

'Sure, call me whenever you're ready :)'
'I'm sure I've got some juicy stories ready if you want some'
