Olivia Wyatt had not only spent the entirety of last week begging her father to let her enjoy summer vacation on the west coast, far from her home on the east coast, but had also spent the majority of the week breaking hearts of men who came to her with heartfelt proposals.

Though, this was no surprise of the dark haired beauty that let alone, was also the Alpha's daughter. There was no doubt in Olivia's mind, or anyone else's, that she was not going to find a mate in the near time unless a man swept her off her feet. Literally.

With a defeated sigh from her father at the last time she fought for her independence, he agreed to let her go on the trip but under two conditions.

1. She brought three of her friends with her so that in the case she got into trouble, she would not have to fight alone.

And last but not least...

2. Stay out of trouble.

Olivia was not one for following the rules. She was defiant. Everyone knew this, even she at the time, but this did not stop her from breaking the rules that were given to her. And so, when it was time to buckle up in her jeep with her three friends, only then did she speed away, going at least twenty miles over the speed limit the entire way to the west coast. After many days of traveling, with a car sick Rob who was accompanying her, they had met their destination.

But of course, Olivia was not one for relaxing on the beaches or even unpacking. She had ushered her friends out of the door from the rental that they were to stay at, and went straight to the docks that were famous for the carnival on its boardwalks.

However, Olivia did not go to the rides or even one of the restaurants that were emitting alluring aromas from its doors. Instead, she rented out a sailboat and forced her friends to go out to sea with her.

If only she knew, that it was not her adventure of being on the waters that would carry her to freedom, and instead the man that was waiting for her when she got back.
