Chapter 24

*Nadia POV*

My mom, dad, and uncle J went to Hawaii and left me with my Antonio which was a nice feeling to spend time with my brother even though he cries a lot he's still amazing.

"So little bro what should we eat. We have popcorn and ice cream or ice cream with hot chips?" I said to little bro and he started babbling and laughing.

"Popcorn and ice cream it is." I said.

"Eww you stink little bro like bad so let's go change you." I said picking him up out the walker and making my way up stairs.

I've been watching him for about two nights now and everything has been going smoothly my mom and dad FaceTimes us to see how's everything going and my dad makes me take the phone around the house to make sure everything is in place.  They said that they would be back on Monday, but my uncle would come back a little earlier because he is a bodyguard after all so he watches the house.

"Okay now that you all fresh and clean it's time to feed you and put you down for a nap. What do you think about that." I said looking at him and he started laughing.

I honestly enjoy having a brother he's the best company I could have and he gives the best advice and is a good listener.

*Sunday Morning*

So we got up and ate breakfast and played with some toys and ate some snacks and my mom and dad called again to see how we were doing and that instead of uncle J coming back today he was coming with us on Monday, which was okay I had no problems.

"Okay let's put you down for a nap since you wanted to wake up at 8 and it's now 12 pm you should be ready for a nap." I said and we made our way up the stairs then I heard a noise from downstairs so I put my brother in the room behind the bookcase since it was sound proof and it had toys and snacks and pre made bottles for him to eat and drink, I grabbed the gun from the nightstand that was in the room and I took of my socks and my shoes and turned my the ringer on my phone off . There was two guys that I have not seen before. So I quietly and quickly made my way downstairs to the kitchen or get a better view and they were messing up the house so I took my gun out made sure it loaded and shot on in the head and the other in the stomach and then the head some more guys came running in and I did the same thing I did to the first two guys and then a really big guy came in and he grabbed me but I got free and kicked him to the floor and then shot him in the head twice. After that there were no more guys.

I went back into the room where my brother was and I checked on him and he was fine so I closed the bookcase back and called my mom and dad and I told them what happens and they got on the plane as fast as they could.

"Princess. PRINCESS WHERE ARE YOU." My mom said.

I didn't respond because I was in shock and in a trance because I had killed a dozen of men and I had there blood all over me including my face.

"There you are princess are you alright where the baby." My mom asked.

I still didn't respond I just pointed to the bookcase and she opened it and there he was just sitting there playing with his toys.

"Is everyone alright." My dad said coming in the room and the. Again I did not respond to any of the stuff they were asking or saying.

"I'm going to go get this blood off of me and here your gun." I said.

"Wait you killed all those people." My dad asked.

"Yes dad I did don't ask me where the guards were because some of them went with you guys and i don't know where the rest of them went." I said leaving.

*10 minutes later*

"Hey princess you okay." My mom said.

"Yea mommy I'm find kind of in the middle of an panic attack but I'm fine." I said.

"Listen what you did back there was the write thing to do anything could have happened to your brother but you did the bigger thing and protected yourself and him and how did you ye bookcase opened into a sound proof room."my mom said.

"I go in that room whenever i just need to cry or scream." I said.

She gave me as kiss non the forehead and left out he room.

*Winter POV*

"How is she doing?" Lorenzo asked.

"She's barely talking and she's still in shock." I said.

"Did you know there was a bookcase that had a sound proof room behind it?" I asked him.

"No but how did Nadia know there was one." He asked me.

"She says she goes in there whenever she as a panic attack and needs to scream or cry." I said.

"Oh well that was smart she put Antonio in the room and she has came a long way from the 16 year old that came home drunk." He said.

"Yes she has, let her keep the gun." I said to him.

"Why." He said.

"Because that was her first time using a gun and it was to protect her brother and herself and what if this happened again she could already have one." I said.

"Okay well the gun is hers. Meanwhile I'm going to get the maids to clean this mess up and figure out who did this." He said.

"I think I have an idea on who did it." I said looking at there uniforms and suits.

"Spanish mafias". He said.
