I never really saw that I was daddy's girl and my brother's princess until I didn't get that attention anymore.
When dad was close to me then I acted like I can't do anything, for example even the simplest things as tying my shoe laces. I would either ask him or Ravi. And they did. Until my mom told them to stop doing things in my place.
When I was with my mom I always could do things by myself. The reason I do them was because I didn't have anyone doing them for me. My mom wouldn't do that. When I was younger I didn't understand why, but now I do.
After I turned 7 years old.
Dad started to act colder to me, and always being so close to him I never understood why. While being a kid we never understand these things and don't really pay too much attention to them.
I think that one of the worst arguments between my parents were when I was in 3rd grade ( I think) I was 9 years old.
I still remember that day as it was yesterday. That was one of the days where my dad had chosen to argue with everyone. If I remember correctly then it all started because of that stupid Math.
Maths homework.
My dad got frustrated and angry because of me. Also he was extremely bad at explaining how to do the stupid math. But he was the parent that understood it. Mom on the other hand was better with languages.
Going back to the start of the argument after my dad got extremely frustrated with me, he went to Ravi's room and just out of nowhere started yelling at him. It was the tiniest thing that Ravi got yelled at. Of course Ravi was at the time 14. Exact teenagers years. He started to argue with my dad about it. Then my mom went to rescue.
Ravi and I of course were already crying. That was the best thing that our dad was good at... Making us cry.
If I'm being honest I don't remember much about what happened a little later, but I remember that when it was Our- Ravi's and I's bedtime the hell broke loose.
