This is directly after Part 1 of 'Phoenix's Sacrifice'
~The Next Day~
We buried his body in the most beautiful place on the entire island by the crystal caves overlooking the ocean (his favorite spot). After we buried him everyone except Pan and Felix left they were both comforting me and giving me hugs as I cried. Pan teleported all three of us back to the camp I went to my hut and no one stopped me as I curled up into a ball on the bed we once shared crying.
Pans POV
It's supper time and Y/n hasn't come out of her hut I'm worried she won't come out at all, not that I blame her. I don't think I would be in any better condition if the love of my life died in my arms and I was powerless to do anything about it. I decided to go to Y/n's hut with some food and found her asleep on her bed. I decided to leave the food on her nightstand and put a spell on it so it'll stay warm until she woke up. I left her hut and went to find Felix. He was sitting by a log by the fire.
"So how's Y/N holding up?" He asked
"I don't know, she's currently sleeping," I told him as I sat down next to him.
"Phoenix was like a brother to me," Felix told me
"He was like a brother to me too," I told him
About an hour or so later me and Felix decided to go into Y/N's hut to see if she woke up yet. We went into her hut and saw her slowly eating the food I gave her. I sat down on her bed next to her and hugged her. She started crying onto my shoulder, and Felix joined our hug. We stayed hugging for about an hour or two till she stopped crying.
~Two Years later ~
(Y/N's POV)
Pans plan to bring this henry kid here for something. I don't really pay attention to stuff anymore.
"Hey Y/N you good?" Pan asked as we were walking through the woods back to the camp after knocking out this henry kid Pan says has the heart of the truest believer.
"Yeah fine," I told him with a fake smile. I don't think he bought it cause he gave me a skeptical look.
"Okay, well we're almost back."
"Okay"
We got back to camp and I went straight to my hut. A few minutes later Pan came in.
"He is everything alright you seem sadder today?" He asked and I could hear the concern in his voice.
"Exactly 2 years"
"What?" He asked
" Exactly 2 years ago I lost him." I told him tears streaming down my face. All of a sudden I felt arms wrap around me.
"I don't know for sure but I believe it's going to get better okay." He told me
"Okay, promise?"
"I promise"
