"I was happier with you..."
"Father?...." The (h/c) haired female peaked through the door of her father's office curiously eavesdropping outside his office doors when she hears another familiar voice, when a loud thud echoed inside his office making her flinch. Looking through the small gap on the door when she sees another male slamming his fists on F/N's table.
"You've got to be kidding me?! You said i could be your heir! Then why are you giving it all away to your daughter?!" He exclaimed, From what Y/N saw he was the minister of defenses son. "I know what i said... and I specifically you could, but I didn't say you were going to be the heir." F/N retorts and the male huffs hands on his hips as he furrows his brows at the older male.
"You can't do this to me... I could've married Y/N!" He exclaimed and F/N scoffs "Marry her? To who? You? Over my dead body! You think i don't know what you have been doing behind your father's back and mine?! I know what kind of crimes you've done and i won't hesitate to call you out on your father." He explains and the the male huffs.
"Kimura.... I will never let my daughter marry someone as cruel as you." He mumbles and he scoffs "But you're willing to marry her off to a criminal even worse than me?!" Kimura yelled and F/n shrugs.
"At least she'd have protection, Unlike you who will just treat her as worse as she¡s already is!" F/N says and Kimura was walking back and fourth head hung low as he bit his bottom lip frustrated.. Y/N was about to open the door and interrupt them until she sees her father turn around and Kimura grabbed the vase laying next to the table when he suddenly hit F/N with the vase on the back of his head.
Flinching (e/c) eyes widen as she watched Kimura choke the male under him Eyes filled with horror as she was too shock to even react to what was happening in front of her "Father...." She mumbles hesitantly holding the doorknob hands shaking.
"You should've known better than to betray me F/N!!" Kimura exclaimed tightening his palms on the male neck "K...kim....kimura...." F/N choked trying to fight the male above him "Watch... I will ruin your precious daughter." He laughs when the male finally loses consciousness and a certain noise caught his attention from outside the door.
Standing up from the male's body he squints his eyes and furrows his brows at the small gap through the door before smirking "If it isn't little Y/N?" He chuckles and you were stunned unable to react immediately when it hit her...
Eyes jolting up and sitting up the bed panting heavily turning to Aria who was pouring tea on the cup she placed on the table beside the bed surprised by the sudden movement of her owner "M'lady.... Are you alright?..." She asks and a sigh of relief left your lips as you brush up the hair in front of your face and sighing once more.
"I'm fine.... I'm guessing Kaku left already?" You asked and she nods slowly before sitting on the edge of the bed "Did you have a nightmare?...." She asks and you shake your head "No... I didn't." You smiled weakly at the female and she nods placing the teapot on the tray and bowing slightly before heading out the room.
Sighing once more you laid back on the bed's headboard looking out the window beside looking up at the bright blue sky 'Is this what he meant when he said he wants me to see things the other way.... I'm sorry Kaku, but i don't think i can do it.' You thought head throbbing once more just as soon as you woke up.

"I never really knew what other's meant when they said 'you only live once'.... Is there really a reason for us to keep living? This life where we study to achieve our dreams, get our dream jobs and make money and for what? To survive that's for sure... Though is it all necessary?— I kept asking myself, If people can't have freedom then what's the point of living then?"
