"They say that betrayal never comes from the enemy."

~Republic of Korea: Alondra's world~

All it takes is for someone's actions or words to change that person's entire perspective on life. From one day to another, the warm atmosphere in Seoul changed into a drastically cold season, but that still won't stop Alondra from doing her morning jogs at 6 am.

Alondra jogged for at least one hour. That is when she came home and set her water bottle down on the kitchen counter. She looks at the clock on the wall and made a confused expression.

"Don't tell me everyone is still asleep. It's 7:10 in the morning." She says to herself.

As Alondra was about to go upstairs, she saw her father in his police uniform. He was too busy drinking his morning coffee. He is a mess for the rest of the day if he doesn't have his coffee at 7 am every day.

"I see that you went out jogging on this cold brutal morning." Mr. Medina says as he walks down stairs.

"You know it." Anna says.

Mr. Medina walks towards the kitchen sink and drinks his coffee all in one gulp. He then tosses the coffee cup into the sink.

"That was so refreshing." He says to himself.

"By the way, panda?" He looks at Alondra.

Panda is a nickname her father calls her. She got the nickname because whenever Alondra was young, her favorite show on tv was We Bare Bears and panda was her favorite bear out of all the characters in the show.

"You're worrying me." He speaks.

"How?"

"Who jogs at 42 degrees?"

"Me." She responds.

"But why?"

"Do I need a reason to jog? I just like the way how the cold breezes flows against my skin."

"And this is another reason why you creep boys out." Mr. Medina says quietly.

"Good! I don't need boys chasing after me."

"You know what? You're right. You don't need a man. You got your old man right here." Mr. Medina says. Alondra couldn't help but laugh along.

"So, are you heading to the station?" Alondra asks him.

"Yep. I have a lot of paper to sign." He groans.

"Can you guys shut up?!"

Mr. Medina and Alondra look at Seung-Min rubbing his eyes.

"Look how productive you are!" Mr. Medina slaps his son's shoulder.

"Ow! What was that for?!"

"Go clean the house since you don't even have a productive job." Mr. Medina groans.

"Vlogging is a stressful job dad!"

"You just point the camera at yourself and talk towards the inanimate object." Mr. Medina says and Alondra laughs.

Seung-Min rolls his eyes.

"Now get some breakfast and clean the house afterwards." He speaks.

"This is why you have so much trouble with even fixing the router." Seung-Min adds a comment.

"Come here you rotten punk!"

That is when Seung-Min dashes upstairs before his father could lift his hand in the air.

"I'm heading out for work now. Tell your mother whenever she wakes up, that I love her so much." He sighs.

"Eww! Too much affection." Alondra laughs.

"Like you won't display any affection towards your future partner." He rolls his eyes.

"Yeah, but not in front of my parents." Alondra says with so much disgusts in her face.

"Ha! Have a good day panda." Her father kisses her forehead and Alondra smiles.

"See you at 5." Alondra opens the door for his father.

Alondra walks her father off towards his car. He drives off as Alondra waves at him. Alondra walks back into her house and sees her mother washing the dishes.

"Father says he loves you." Alondra says.

"How dare he leave will I'm still asleep?" Mrs. Medina mumbles.

"You wouldn't wake up!" Alondra says.

"Watch your mouth or I'll watch it for you!" Her mother raises her hand in the air.

"Jeez! I was going to help you wash the dishes but not anymore!" Alondra says.

"Why you!!" Mrs. Medina grabs the spatula and hits Alondra's shoulder

"HEY!!" Alondra tries to run away.

"You and Seungmin better clean this house by the time your father and I get back from work!" She says.

"You and Seungmin are literally in your 20s and you can't even find your own place?" She asks.

"It's called saving money mom." Alondra says.

"Hey!! Don't sass me young girl!!"

Alondra runs up stairs in a flash. Alondra quickly runs by her room and sees Seungmin editing on his MacBook in his room with the door wide open.

"Quit editing and get a productive job!" Alondra blurts out.

"Yeah right." Seungmin rolls his eyes.

"Why didn't you go to college?" Alondra asks.

"At least I didn't drop out months before it was graduation time." Seungmin turns his chair around and looks at his sister while crossing his arms.

Alondra grabs a pillow and throws it Seungmin.

"You twit!!" Alondra yells.

"You could of had your master's degree by now!" Seungmin sticks his tongue out.

"Shut up you nerd!!!" Alondra keeps throwing pillows at him.

"Hey watch it now!! The MacBook cost more than your life!" Seungmin grabs the pillows and throws it back at his sister.

"Now get lost!! I need to upload the video at its corresponding time!!" Seungmin says.

"Yeah! Like you'll die if you upload it 1 minute late." Alondra rolls her eyes.

"Seriously! I will die! And I can't die right now!! I'm too pretty to die!"

"Pretty my foot." Alondra says.

"Go to the gym or go help father out! Just stay out of my life!!" Seungmin yells.

"Dad is busy signing paperwork and why don't you stay out of my life?!?" Alondra dashes off.

"Yeah whatever! Go touch some grass or something." Seungmin sits down on his chair and pulls out his headphones and plugs them into the MacBook.

"Time to ignore all of my problems and make some money." He smiles.

Alondra goes to her room and pulls out a rug from her closet and sets it on the floor.

"Time to do some yoga to pass the time." Alondra says to herself.

As Alondra was doing her daily yoga routine, she felt a cramp in her leg and she falls onto the ground.

"Stupid pain!!!!" She holds onto her leg for dear life.

"Shut up panda!! I can still hear you even through my sound-proof headphones!!!!" Seungmin yells.

"Idiot." Alondra says quietly.

"Why have I've been getting leg cramps lately? I've never had this problem before." She says to herself.
