Chapter 7

He successfully sits down, but in that moment, he tries to stand on his own feet, but he slips and falls onto the ground. The nurses and staff came in to see what the commotion was all about.

"Sir!! Are you okay?!?"

Johnny's eyes widen as he panics on the inside.

"Don't touch me!!" He yells.

"Sir! We are only trying to help you!"

"I don't trust anyone here!!!"

Meanwhile, outside the hallway.

"Thanks. I'll check the email shortly. I was just going to check on him first." Alondra says as she puts her phone away.

"I said don't touch me!!"

Alondra flinches as she heard a male voice screaming.

"What in the world?"

She dashes off and stumbles upon Johnny's room.

"What is going on in here?!" Alondra looks around.

That is when she notices the bed was completely empty. She then saw Johnny curled up in ball in the corner of the hospital room. She then saw a few nurses trying to calm him down.

"What is going on?"

"He finally woke up and he freaking out." A nurse says.

"Sir! If you can clam down, we can explain to you what is happening!!"

"You won't take me to jail!! I won't allow it!!!" He grabs a pillow and shields himself from everyone.

"Sir!! No one is taking you to jail!!"

"I'll handle this." Alondra steps up.

Alondra then walks towards him.

"He's not acting irrational. He's probably frightened. That's all or is he?" She says in her mind.

Alondra slowly puts her hand on the pillow and slowly moves it away.

"Sir?"

Johnny slowly opens his eyes and looks at Alondra. The young pair have finally met each other for the first time. His eyes never left her face. When all seemed lost, there is always a silver lining waiting for you.

"He seems to be fine. For now" Alondra looks at the staff.

"Can someone explain to me what is going on?!" He yells.

"And I lied." Alondra says to herself.

"You're at the hospital...twerp." She whispers the last word.

"What did you say to me?!" He asks.

"You received a gunshot wound in your right shoulder blade." Alondra says.

"I already know that!! Just how the hell did I get here?!" He yells.

"This guy has serious anger issues." She says in her mind.
