(21) Family Drama

"The doctors will be right with you." A nurse said 

They all took a seat in the waiting area, the police officers came in. They spoke with them about the witnesses statements. They informed they are currently searching for the truck that witnesses. 

"Do any of you know of any one that would want to hurt them? Or have they received threats." The officer said

Sam Steve and Clint all popped up their heads, "Boys what is it?" James said 

"Earlier this week Buck received a weird call someone went to great lengths to hide their identitny by using a voice changing thing. But they were threatening his life and Niyah's. We all brushed it off thinking it was a joke." Steve said 

"We all laughed.." Sam said as he looked down. 

The officers took Bucky's phone from his belongings and found the voicemail. He played it for the family. They took the phone to the lab and had the call traced and it matched a number already in Bucky's phone. It was traced back to Dillon's phone. 

They returned to the hospital, Bucky and Niyah were now out of surgery. 

"Does the name Dillon J. Barnes mean anything? Or Ariah Daniels?" The officer said 

"Thats my nephew.." James said 

"Thats my son and his girlfriend." Jesiah said 

"The call was made from his phone, and the car was in Ariah's name. They were both picked up forty five minutes ago. Dillon had gun shot residue on his hands and the gun they had matched the bullets." The officer said

Jesiah and the family began to have a heated discussion. Jesiah went to the station and told Dillon he was done trying to help him. He was disowned from the family.
